I am CYCLED BABAAAAY!! WOOOO!!!

no tetras, platies, rasboras, guppies? you could do a small pleco like a BN or clown, maybe a killie (as long as it's soft/neutral PH)

My pH is unfortunaltey 7.8. I don't know, I've been doing research on Raspboras and tetras. Platies and guppies are boring to me (no offense to anyone wholikes them). What's a BN? Could you point me to a good website that shows off these fish?

bristlenose, as in pleco. which fish in particular? rasboras would be absolutely great, so would tetras like neons. and you're already at a great website!

Call me an elitist, but I just feel like platies and guppies would be the easy way out. I feel like everyone starts with platties and guppies. I would be bored with them. :(

I want an interesting species. I am absolutely fascinated with the rams, due to their color and fin shape. It's really furstrating that my tank is too small for a bonded pair.

it's not too small for one, you know that, right?

Whenever I bring it up, I am always told that it's too small. I've had a couple people tell me that it's not too small...I don't know who to believe.

nah, it's fine, as long as they are your only fish. I say got for it!

So if I keep just the gourami and the bonded pair of rams, it would be alright? Because that's what I was planning on.

no, just one ram, not a bonded pair.

Oh oh, I see. I could live with that...
