*chuckles* Wouldn't he be the lucky fella? I imagine he'd strut worse than top rooster in the henhouse!! :laugh:

Me too... I'm bubbling over with excitement. They shipped him yesterday to the U.S.!!! :D

I'll pay the transhipper on Tuesday and hopefully have him home by no later than this weekend. If he's not too shocky, I'll TOTALLY be taking a bazillion pictures of him.

I'll be like 'here he is... here he is swimming... oh! A shot of him blowing a bubble... here's one of him blowing another bubble... here he is swimming the other direction... and lookit that-- he blew ANOTHER bubble!!...'

And so on and so forth until my friend takes the camera from me... or it runs out of memory or the batteries die!! ^__^;;

or you get sore from finger cramps. I hope you like the betta. And of course i hope the betta likes you :)

I have full intentions of spoiling him rotten. I have Hikari betta pellets, another pellet food, and I'm going to order intant brines, some waterflea gel, and perhaps beef heart cubes or frozen bloodworms as well to give him a varied diet.

I'll put all of my experience with bettas to work with this little guy... and I intend to have lots of fun doing so. ^__^

lucky fish - he's just so good looking it would be great to get a good female too and start a dynasty
