I did it! I bought plants, now what?

I feel s.t.u.p.i.d

Believe me, you're not alone. Almost all of us have bought krinkle, or mondo grass, or (in my case) even a little palm plant sold as an "aquarium plant." :wall:

Given your lighting, I'd suggest getting some anubias and java fern: they do well in low light and they're easy to take care of. And they're pretty.

Its good to be in the same boat with someone, LOL. I like the look java fern, and I have anubias. I really want very "Bushy" super lush look, and they are so nice and filled out. Now i at least have a target of what to go after this headache!:)

Hey breeze--you saw my 55. I have 36 watts over it, and I can keep my anubias alive, but that's it. I really wanted a lush jungle look, too, but it's pretty impossible without rigging up some better lighting. I'm too cheap, so I've settled for the "sparse desert" look, lol.
