Ive only seen nudis in my pals tank. he got this really weird zooanthid morph. they were like supposed to be army camo color?
so i get a call because he like wants my help "cleaning" this "stuff" off his new green zoos.
he bought this thing from some dude, and the polyps were not even open when he got it
this "Stuff" is a freggin rock concert of nudis and flatworms.
its not my tank, or coral, or problem really. and hes not too like, passionate about stuff like this so, he didnt want to buy the flat worm stuff.
so he let me just kina "Bob" around with it.
i took it out, put it in a salad strainer and let it sit in the sink for like 20-30mins under tank temp water.
whilest the waters running i went to king soopers and got iodine. didnt really measure how much i used, but like a third the bottle in a bowl full of tank water?
dipped,rinsed, and soaked again. then i put it on his windosill for like 1.5 tv shows. then another rinse and back in the tank.
2 days later all polyps are opened. turns out they're pink.
but he never had the nudis again. sooooo i dont know if it kills the eggs. but thats what i did, ghetto status
