I have a 16.9fl oz bottle, what would be a good yeast/sugar mixture for it?

Also, will this be enough for a 5.5gal planted tank?

Thanks

3/4 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp yeast, 1/4 tsp baking soda. mix the baking soda into the water, then the sugar, then add the water. remember to make the water lukewarm so as to activate the yeast and not shock it.

Dose the ammount of water matter? Im just going to be filling it up and leaving about 3inches empty from the bottle cap.

Water dosen't matter. the more yeast the more co2 but the shorter it lasts. The more suger the longer it lasts.

the amount of water does matter.. if the sugar mix is too high, the yeast won't live as productively as if there was an optimum mix. fill the bottle till it reaches the line where it starts going into a cone up to the top.
