What kind of paint should I be looking for? Looking to get a flat matte white look to the back and side walls of one of my tanks. Painting the outside still gives it a slightly glossy reflective property which slightly peeves me.
so, looking for info on what kind of paint i should be looking for that won't kill my fish or damage the silicone. tia

A lot of folks are using Krylon Fusion. Walmart has it.

Inside of tank here guys. Umm I've never heard of this done, perhaps see what they use in the 3d backgrounds that are made, that paint is obviously fish safe

brush on will leave an ugly finish imho.

Also, I read someplace that oil-based paint can have a corrosive effect on the silicone seals in the tank. I would stay away from that IMO.

Well, this is basically what i'm looking to achieve. I can't tell if this is painted outside or inside or if the 3 walls aren't even glass or what.

then just paint the outside..... not sure why it would make a difference if it was in or out, other than the fact that outside is easier and safer.
