Sorry but that looks like a dwarf gourami to me a moonlight is white and has a beautiful sheen/light to it.
I must say I understand what you're going through, I'm picking up a 75 gal. next week and I'm confused myself on what to keep, thought of Discus too, spoke with Marks Discus the other day, he's a walk away from me. Way too much water changing going on, unfortunately I don't have time for that. The only thing I do know is that I want a shoal of cory's and probably pearl gourami's. Good luck!
