I'm New (I have questions too!)

Puffers... Can't find them. Puffers are agressive in nature, and will eat mostly snails and other small invertebrates.

2 dwarf can be housed in a 8 gl. tank, Just makw sure you really get the dwarf species, bacause all puffers look almost alike. Also, most puffers are brackish water, but there are also some freshwater varieties. Maybe in the brackish forum you can find some more info.

Ah Patoloco it's so nice hearing from you again!
Thank you for the tips. I will definatly make sure that the puffers that I am getting will indeed be DWARF puffers, and not just a baby...oh what can I use for an example...a baby GSP (Green Spotted Puffer). I've heard that most puffers have these amazingly ever growing teeth, and they need something to wear them down, like a food source with a hard shell. Would ghost shrimp be a good source of relief?
Thanks!

Shane,

Just a quick question.
Does anybody know if Petsmart will order out fish for a customer? I know its just a small question, but can somebody please tell me if they do?

Thank you so much,

Shane

I asked the answer I got was no-Anne

Hello Everyone!

I was searching the net for other possible tankmates for my soon to be fish, and I came across another amazing fish. (Yes, I'm starting to realize, all fish are amazing in their own aspects!). It's called a Hi Fin Banded Shark. I've already read up on the basics, but I was wondering if anyone has possibly had any expiriance with them at all? I am SERIOUSLY thinking about purchasing one as soon as I get & fully cycle my 75 gallon. If you would like to know what one looks like, as well as moves, look here: Hi Fin Banded Shark

Thank you so much for all of your help! :read:

Shane,

This fish is nice while young, but as it grows it becomes a massive meat ball, dull and ugly. Really big fish, and you'll need at least a 125+ gl tank for him alone.
