I'm sorry but this woman needs a flogging.

Yes it is a tragedy. It happened not far from me and is all over our local news. Idiot women. They didn't even have the child in a car seat or wrapped in a blanket. It's a miracle that the baby wasn't sick when they found him. I think there was an angel keeping that baby warm that night.
 
Ok, now why is it that you don't need a permit to have a baby?

Really, I'd vote for temporary vasectomies on men and cervical caps on women so that babies would only be born to people who INTENDED to have a child and were ready to be full-time parents.
 
The biggest shame in this world is people like this that have kids...and treat them like this, and the people who are childless, or unable to have the number of kids they want because of problems that would love, cherish and provide for this baby. Biggest proof I know of that life is not fair.

This is what I've been saying for a few years now. Sadly, I think this kind of thing would really be for the best in the interest of children and society in general. I also agree with Nursie that there are such loving people who can't have children, and yet the most inequiped people are so damned fertile. Life is unfair, but I know there are at least a few bright lights shining through the dark canopy of this world. ~Angela

Ain't that the truth!!

I remember a few years ago, I was at a local bar that I used to hang out at... It was in the fall, and it was raining hard. In Montreal we have those loto slot machines at most bars, and this guy was playing for hours! At about 2:30 AM, the owner of the place came in, freaking out cause he saw a little kid in a car in the parking lot, crying. The guy left his kid, (couldn't be older than 7) in the car for hours, while he was in the place gambling. We couldn't believe it. Anyway, some guys grabbed the guy by the ears and threw him out,giving him a piece of their minds.

I still think they should have called the cops!!! A guy like that doesn't deserve kids!
 
Cheech- That is why no vehicle is allowed in a Casino parking lot with children or pets in the car (at Casino Rama anyway)...Sad that you have to legislate neglect...

Scotto- Well, a real pair of class acts...I hope those two bags of rat crap sit in jail a long time...I would never leave my dog in a car let alone my infant...Unreal...
And you still need a liscence to catch a fish.
 
We know of a woman who had several children taken from her by the state because of abuse. The next to last time (notice I said NEXT to last) the judge ordered her to use birth control. It was ruled cruel and unusual punishment and thrown out. She had another kid. She cracked that kids skull with a clock to get it to stop crying. The kid will never get beyond 6-7 years old mentally. Who got the punishment there?
