She'll need the males to be able to fertilize the eggs as they spawn. No, leave her there and add plenty of plants to increase the chances of resulting fry surviving.

Same wc schedule. I don't think she will spawn though, unless if you have extremely soft water. Plenty of people have gravid Neons, yet nothing happens unless if you seriously want to breed them. Good luck though.
