Can you get a pic of these eggs?
Based on the description I do not think these are neon eggs as they shouldn't be stuck to the glass...

yeah....if there light sensitive ill refrain from taking pics....these are clear scattered on rocks and plant very very few on glass but theres tons on the rocks
Most fish eggs, including neons, are laid as individual eggs. Snails lay clutches of eggs enclosed in a sac. I'm afraid these are pretty certainly snail eggs. The female may now be skinny because:
1) she was constipated and now isn't
2) she was swollen with eggs and has dropped them unfertilised and they've been eaten
As I said before, to a first approximation, neons don't breed in community tanks. It's not negativity, it's realism.

but the neons ate the ones off the heater and plants that were blocked from floating up ...werent stuck just kinda there ya know...hard to explain not in a sac....so i seriously doubt the neons are going to breed, but they are laying eggs which is cool IMO
