Here is the last arrangement of the plants that I think is needed. From here on it will be growing out and have small additions added. I'm done enough now to consider fish. I moved along faster with this than anticipated mostly because I had more plants laying around than I thought and I also bought some. Here is the results. I may still add some java moss to the driftwood. Time will tell. It's a pain to string it on.
