It started with a phone call........ Drumroll please !!!

Absolutely amazing! It's a fishkeepers dream. Being a pipefitter, I think I'd enjoy doing the air/water distribution system as much as enjoying the whole system when it's complete. And I thought the PVC fill line I ran for my couple of tanks was fun!

Jim, AWESOME does not describe what you have done. Congrats and enjoy your cave. Good luck and thanks for updating, I remember when you started this project.

wow very impressive. Very impressive!

I agree with everyone, it looks amazing...

Just wondering how you are dealing with massive amount moisture that will come from all the tanks. You must have a least a couple of bathroom fans or similar running 24/7 to prevent mold buildup.

Ventilation is handled by a 740+ cfm 6" inline fan hidden away in the ceiling. I only use it about 1 hour a day, and even then, it's not about the humidity. I use it to drop the room temp a few degrees when I'm working in there. In theory, the fan can change out 100% of the room air in under 5 minutes. The fan vents to the great outdoors. It was purchased online from a hydroponic type place...... I think it's meant to be used by the guys that grow wacky tabacky in their basements !!!

Even with the fan off (overnight), the humidity in the room stays about 60-65%
