jellybeam convicts?

bad news!:headshake2: im getting worried now as some eggs are turning white!:mad2:do you guys think the male might have missed the ones that are turning white since it was his 1st real time spawning?ill try to get pics in a bit.
 
you can actually see some white eggs in the last pic.

look at that nest they made biggest ive ever seen from a jellybean pair.

they were the only thing close to a convict i could find. atleast a pair all the stores had all females i couldnt find one male regular convict so i bought the jellybean ones.

LOL. you live in texas let it go in a pond or something it will live for a few months unless a bass eat it.lol i like my 2 in the 10g as of now the male is getting big fast and is gettign a nice hump on his head.

Pond? What pond are you talking about? If you mean releasing it in the wild, the answer is no. Consider the consequences if you release a fish in the wild.
 
in all fairness its his fish and can do what he wants with it!i mean i dont recommend it i was just saying.
 
the native fish who live in the pond are not his fish, and he has no right to expose them to diseases, parasites, or anything else his fish is carrying that they could die from.
 
they are probably hybrids... and so well if they are hybrids first they will not be fertil... (duh) and that is dumb there are so many fish like convicts
firemouths, texas, red devil .... the list gos on and on do not tell me you could of found one of the most common fish and you could only get cruely dyed fish

what are you talking about?ive breed crossbreeds before and the eggs you can now see the eggs getting darker and bigger!
