Just bought my first fish!

I don't see what is crazy...it is keeping the guppies out of it's territory from what little I saw. That is why I said a 5g is too small for a molly and to return it.
The video doesnt show what happened before. He flipped upside down and wen to bottom! 
Then he freaked. He acts like he is trying to escape and gulping at the top of the water. Then he started running into the walls of the tank like just charging and slammin into them.

It is hard to tell from the video is there is something wrong with her or not..
Have you been changing the water?
Did you get the testing kit yet?
Without knowing for sure what the parametres of your water are, it is difficult to advise you. If she IS gasping at the air, that may be a sign of bad levels in your water (too much nitrates, nitrites, ammonia)..
It looked to me like she was playing with the water current from the filter. She may also be restless as a 5 gallon really is too small for mollies.. and there is nothing in the tank for them to interact with. Most fish like to have safe place to retreat, even just a plant or pot or something to hang out near. An empty tank can be stressful for them.
I hope she ends up okay..

Well I did a 75% water change. Still he is acting weird. I dont know. Since I bought him he was just staying in the same spot the entire time. its weird to see him moving around. he is most definitely still gulping at the top of the water though. Like a lot. Not just a little.
Also just fed them, fed earlier today but Molly wouldnt eat. Just fed now and Molly pigged out. Another note, one of the shrimp are being stupid. he is swimming at the surface of the water and then going to the filter and getting knocked down to the bottom. he keeps doing this.

Well, it's only been a few days since you got them I beleive? It is natural for them to be a little awkward at first, moving to a new tank is stressful. But eventually they want to explore their territory and will start moving around.
If he is gulping for air that is a definate sign of water issues or fish distress. And like I said, until you test your water parametres, we won't know for sure how to help.
