I have a spawning pair of kribs with their first batch of fry to survive. They stay next to their parents and there are loads of them. They are in a planted tank. My question is when should I remove the fry from the parents? There only tankmates are a pair of spawning angelfish which have wigglers at the moments as well. I want to redecorate this tank but there is never a time when there are not eggs somewhere in this tank it seems. If I replace some of the plants in this tank with either fishes babies will that cause them to stop laying eggs. The krib female is really fat and she seems ready to breed again. Have they been known to breed again so fast after spawning. The female has started to chase and bite at the side of the male krib. He is not hurt and stays right with the female. I have even seen them lip locking at times. Is this normal breeding habits of the kribs as they are chiclids. Thanks
