largest cichlid

here is my fishy score last week

I went into the petland and a dude had surrendered his whole tank, I bought this one because I thought it looked kinda like a peacock bass( a fish I have not been able to get here )

got an id and I loved it when they told me emperor because I paid 12 bucks and they go for near $100 here at this size
 
Awww wow lucky lol now you need a Monster tank chef lol.

Oh Pitt you said as big as your arm??? We aint gorilla's you know lol I measured my arm once and its no 3 feet its a lil over 2' lol now the Umbee could be stated as being as big as our arms but not the Emperor. Lovely cichlids I wish I could own one but no way a 500+ tank is gonna fit in my room.

let's just say I have a few big tanks check my tank set up
 
Sweet fish yep they do get pretty big have fun feeding that when i build my 1000gal + i will have a group of them fo sure..

Hey Ger yeah the arm thing was a quote buddy hehehe I just measured my arm and its 2 1/2 feet long hehehe..
 
your gonna make a 1000g tank PB??? holy crap. thats k i want to build a 3500 in the wall tank and put a huge colony of.......somethin. i just want big tangs. i was thinking some frontosas and lelupi. with kilesas on the bottom.
 
yep but i need a house with a basement first hehehe so it may be a few years
 
thats cool though. so are you gonna move or have one built?
