colour purple

I think you missed the proverbial boat. I watched my finned friends for a while last night. During this, a movie came on the TV with the title "a Colour Purple" and low and behold, the whole gang lined up at the front of the tank while Moma Molly made popcorn. So you see, it isn't really the colour that attracts them, it's the fact that this is their forever movie favourite.

I came across a bin of "Rock with String" which cost $30(canadian) each piece right next to it was "Rock with purple string" which would run you $35/pc.

and little did he know that it would take this site by storm...

Heard about it and have seen it

where I am there is a place called panhandle pets, Now normally they dont carry fish, (only one near a prison does) at any rate they had the slate with a string, I've followed this for awhile and I just have to say that its the most odd thing that I've seen for aquariums! and for 49.99 from them you can own the same thing you can get at home depot for under 10.00, some slate from the flooring section and some purple wire from electrical, this has made me laugh. Thanks for posting this

Some goldfish and gouramis (from what I've read) love floating ping pong balls and will toss them around the tank with their noses.

Are you sure you're not thinking of dolphins?

Rock with purple sting, Doh. I should have guessed i was missing something. All these years of thinking i was getting good at the aquarium thing and i see that i have missed out the most essential part of the hobi. I feel ashamed and so im thinking of giving up the whole hobby. Or even better!!! ill go out and get me some "Rock with purple sting"
