So sorry cam. I've been extremely busy. It has snowed here again and with the ice that came with it there has been no school so I have been spending some very needed time with my kids.
The first time I let the two out together it went great. They stayed out most of the day together. He would even walk right up to her and say,"Hey Sweetie."(that's what his mom says to him)
The next day I let them out and Mercedes jumped right on me and wanted some love. Beemer saw this and went into warrior pigeon mode!!! He went after her and she fled. Everytime she would get within a foot of him he would go after her. I put him in timeout about five times before he figured he was doing something bad. I would yell "BEEMER" and he would yell right back at me,"BEEMER."lol Finally after the last time he tolerated her but wouldn't let her come close before running away.
But it was so cute when I would put him back in his cage he would look out at me and say "Mommie's pretty bird" "Come see me."It was the sweetest thing. He knows i'm a sucker.
I didn't let them out today, thought I would give it some time. We'll see what tommorrow holds.
