Hey Tina, good to hear about your quitting smoking, you can do it if you want to . When I quit it just happened one day , I wasn't even thinking about quitting and then the day came when it just happened and I thought '' Hey , maybe I'll quit today" and that was it. After 20 or so years and 2 packs a day. Cold Turkey . That was about 20 years ago
