I make a mixed suace of my own design. I start with the jack daniels BBQ sauce. then i add a little hot sauce for some kick and heres the real surprize...... I add a little peanut butter. It may sound weird but its the best sauce you ever have.

MMMMMMMM! That sounds good. I never thought about peanut butter. I have put just about everything in mine. I don't think I have ever cooked them the same way twice. :) For me the spicier the rib the better.:grinyes:

Yea I love spicy ribs but I hate to no be able to taste the beutiful flavor of the rib so i add just a touch of peanut butter. What happens is the hot sauce gives it a great inital bite and the peanut butter soothes away the heat so you still get a good flavor. Now to prevent it from getting too thick you need to add a little butter to melt in it to thin it out. Then you start by placing a thin layer on the first coat of the ribs befor you put it on the fire. then as you flip the ribs every 5 min you coat the ribs with another light coat of sauce. they have to be light so you dont burn the sauce into the ribs. after a while the ribs are about done you place a nice thick layer on the top side of the ribs and cook for 5 more mins and volia you have a nice set of ribs that any resturant would love to have.
