my friend caught an albino parakeet, somthing i havent seen at a birdshow, on a playground. it must have only been loose 3 or 4 days cus it could barly fly and was a beacon for predators. it ate a ton of bird seed so it must have been starving. she wanted to keep it so i gave her a cage and stuff. still its pretty weird...
 
Don't they clip there wings so they can't fly cam? Maybe someone had it for a pet and turned it loose a lot of goofballs do that.I don't know to much about it but if they get their wings clipped does it grow back so they can fly?

Yeah, it's just the feathers that get clipped, and they grow back every few months.
 
some people dont clip them, somtimes for a reason, or just laziness. his wings wernt cliped, the reason he couldent fly probably because of fatigue, he ate more food (proportionally) than anything iv ever seen when we had him
