its to give thanks to all that we have to be thankful for... man, i just unloaded bout 80 frozen christmas trees into a lot. it was fun, their was even snow in the truck they came in. reminded me of a REAL christmas. no palm trees, crabcakes, spider monkeys...

the trees were awesome. they were like giant blocks of ice, the 400 total made everything around them freezing

greg, what holidays do you guys celebrate. no thanks giving, 4th of july, presidents day (which incidentally isnt good for anything besides discounts at auto dealerships )

The schools have a week at Easter (April) which is autumn. Then two weeks in about July (winter-no snow), then a week in Sept/Oct (Spring) and six weeks from just before Christmas through our very hot summer to early Feb.
Christian sorta stuff and left overs from our British heritage. Queens birthday.....I can't imagine a christmas without hot weather and seafood, salads, etc.
You can all come here to our rough little house and we'll BBQ murraycod for christmas lunch next year.
