Ok, randon Christmas gift thought............so, what do you do when you know the person doesn't like the gift but it was REALLY expensive and you REALLY want them to like it?

1. Do you tell them that it suits them (i.e. like its something they wear)?

2. Do you tell them that they'll get used to it?

3. Do you tell them that it would be a fantastic shopping spree if they took it back cuz you spent a freakin fortune on it and they'd better be happy about SOMETHING cuz you spent weeks figuring out the perfect gift?

4. Do you just smile and say your'e welcome and hope for a thank you card or ?


Um, as you might have been able to tell, I'm partial to #3. Did I make the right call?
