Hmmm, well Cali is 2 hours behind me...and I think you are 1 hour ahead of me...sooooo I believe they would be 3 hours behind your time.

I have 8 fm in my 29, depending on the females...I would think like 4-6? You may want to ask in General fresh water part, just in case though. I LOVE my bettas!
