It's hard to imagine fresh ripe peaches for Christmas! yum Sounds like the making of a nice cobbler!:thm:

Yep, if thry ripen, I'll be eating fresh from the tree AND cobbler until I burst!
Pears and a few figs look good too, and next year red and white table grapes. We got our first 500g (1 lb) of cherries last week. That was pretty cool. Sophie's got the taste for those little delights and is most impressed that yields will increase each year for quite some time. My red shatoot, Chinese mulberry dropped its fruit prematurely, but I'll sort that for next year, and the raspberry canes I planted have fruit on them. That's a surprise since its way to hot here, but I planted them amongst the sunflowers, so the shade and some water has done the trick.
