every day is a good day to clean tanks!
the clown gobies i got just exploded with ick, i didnt even notice. luckily their only tank mates are shrimp that cant get ick. so i had to whip out all the chems and dose like a man with nothing to lose. just goes to show i need some quarantine tanks
iv got a thread in marine reef with my tiny floating reef tank, so if your in the neighborhood
two nights ago my rooster, magnus, was dragged off into the woods most likely by a bobcat considering it jumped over the fence. all that was left was a trail of white feathers and a very frightend chick. she wouldnt even sleep in the cage last night, she found a spot between cans of paint in the garage. i had had him for several years...

Cam , that sucks, I actually watched a special the other night on tv about chickens and roosters ,it was pretty cool . Made me look at them differently. We had a chicken coop back around 1972 on our ranch I don't remember much about them , my Grandfather was in charge of them.

my cousin used to hypnotize the chickens on the farm when i was a kid. and i now know it's not nice, but i used to get a kick outta chasing them around when i weighed not much more than them, lol.
