cam-My very first boyfriend had menigitis. He almost died from it. His twin brother died from it when he was little. It's some pretty bad stuff. Everyone that was close to him had to have shots. Can't remember it making me feel funny though. I hate shots anyways I think I feel funny after all of them!!!!! lol

what are the thoughts of kids older than say 14 trick or treating. we had some kids that were definatly old enough to drive.

I say if they want to dress up and they aren't acting stupid I don't have a problem giving candy to them. There isn't anything for them to do here so as long as they are having fun without getting into trouble i'm for it.

eeek, thats scary ky, im definitly reacting to in in some way because a big red bruise formed around where i got the shot, and where its red its really painful and squishy

anybody here ever had meningitis? i just got a vaccine for it and i feel a bit weird, but it might just be a placebo effect, lol

When I was little I ended up in the hospital with what they thought might be spinal meningitis and while I was there next thing I know is that my sister is in the bed next to mine. It wasn't meningitis but I guess I was pretty sick to be in the hospital. That was the only time I was ever in the hospital, knock on wood:duh:

Yeah, I still have the 135 and the 49. I've sold the 49 just waiting for the guy to come and get it. I'll probably replace it with a 40. It's a corner tank and so deep that I have a hard time cleaning it.
