If these post just look like normal CS posts then I am missing something.

There always seem to be a red flag for me whem people plead that they are not guilty. There is not even a lot of votes on CS anyway. My guess if given a choice of CS and me, most would pick me. Too early to panic.

Truth is John, i tend to agree with Sway when she said the longer your vote stays on me, the less scummy you just might be. If you were evil and knew i was innocent i don't believe you would draw attention to the fact its you at the wheel if a train starts. I'm afraid if the only choices the town had were you and I, they wouldn't be pleased with either result.

I will tell you this, if they ever do put a stake in you, it will fall back on me.

If you are found to be a vampire, they will think I knew it all the time or that I was correct.

If you are found to be innocent, I will most likely be gone the next day.

Even with your death, I do not think I would be cleared.

I really do not need to push to hard about you at this point. To answer a question from before, yes I am happy just to park my vote on you. I will do so until one of us is cleared or killed.

I do want to push why the "vote no one" so called trap was not used against ewurm, but almost got ggf staked.

As far as me being on you CS, I would really not worry about it. I have never been a very influential player, most of the time I look guilty. So very few people follow or trust me. I will not be able to start a train on you or anyone. The best that I can hope for is that trains started for me get stopped.

to tell the truth, you seem more less supicious with every post. I have reset you to a 5. I am also interested to hear more of the "trap", and how it would of killed Guppy if not for the kidnapper, but noone else.

CS you are beginning to make me feel uncomfortable with my vote on you. I am so wary of you though. I remember how well you played a snitch and fooled everyone until bkw came out with his investigations and even then it was hard to believe you were a bad guy.

I am not comfortable voting for RB even though I am very concerned about his potential preferences for fresh blood. I am scared to go there because of both DD and Z voting there and I don't feel I can trust them any longer, especially DD.

I don't think JL is guilty anymore, much less likely than RB or CS or even DD or Z at this point. So I do not want to vote on him, but I do think there may be some credibility to the fact he may be the LV and the fast switch off him was to protect him.

DC and Ewurm I am starting to wonder about. I would really love to see more posts from both of them with their thoughts and opinions on people. Ewurm you were so sure of bad people last game and very vocal about it too, why not this time around?

Also Ogre. I think it does bring up a lot of questions on why he'd go after Guppy for doing the vote No One plan and not anyone else. That definitely seems odd.

Sploke and Guppy I trust right now. I also am fairly sure that Lady G is good. Mad I think is good, but I don't like the bandwagon idea, maybe because I don't fully understand it and think it's just a little too risky.

Heck I can't even seem to pick 4 top suspects because everyone's been giving off bad vibes to me lol. I am going to wait until tomorrow to make a decision on whom to vote for when I've had more time to re-read posts and think more.

I retract my vote for Charlie and I vote to stake NoOne until tomorrow.

I wasn't trying to say anything, I was asking Lady G to clear up this part of post 595

Guys, relax about the vote no one thing. I voted no one because I had to vote something (or be killed off) and I wasn't sure I would be able to post in time the next day. When GGF switched over, it seemed suspicious to me. It could have been a newer player thinking that I knew what I was talking about. It could have been a vamp trying to get the vote to no one so they have a free night. It could have been anything.

I'll say for the record. It wasn't a trap until after GGF followed suit. It struck me as funny. So I switched my vote to her.

The reason that I haven't been all over ewurm is that it seems to me like there are bigger fish to expose to sunlight right now. I agree with Z in that I've got way more suspects than there are vampires.

You know, now that I think about it... why would the kidnapper go after sploke? GGF, I can understand. The napper thought she was innocent and wanted to save her. But sploke? I think I'm gonna run through sploke's posts. The kidnapper isn't working with the vamps so he can't know any more than the rest of us.

The Case of Sploke

I'm wondering of the kidnapper has a reason to go after sploke to get him to be quite for a while... I haven't included all the 'just checking in' type posts.

Alright I'm heading home soon and probably won't have time to get back on before nightfall, unfortunately, so I'm going to have to vote now, instead of missing it like I did last game I played.

Going over the players list, and trying to think like the LV, I think my first choice to turn would be KOTD. He is an experienced player, is prety good, and always manages to kind of stay out of the middle of things in my experience. He would be a good choice to turn I think. I vote to stake KOTD even though I don't want his avatar to leave. I'll be back later tonight, probably 11ish to see how things go.

Well like I said yesterday, i wasn't going to be around until later last night. I was viewing the thread for a while because I had about 200 posts to catch up on between when I left work and when I got back on. By the time I was through, I was falling asleep but I at least wanted to post something before going to bed, especially since at about that time a lot of people were wondering where I was it seemed. Nothing sinister going on there.

Included this one because of the reasons behind not posting much.

Well everyone except GGF has posted since last nightfall, so I think its safe to assume our kidnapper is still with us.

bolding above is mine...and JL, you've played enough games to know that any vote from anyone doesn't mean much more than a random suspicion, especially this early in the game. Why would you try to lend credence to suspicion of CS based on a vote from Ogre? Why should he know any more than anyone else?

As a corollary...JL is basing his vote for CS partly because Ogre voted for him, which "has to mean something", even though ogre states "well he's as good as any for now." Flawed logic, very uncharacteristic from you JL.

alright, I'll try to stir something up. I'm still not getting much vibe for a possible LV player just yet. My picks for potential turns would be:

JL, for reasons stated earlier
Ewurm for kind of disappearing off the face of the earth for a while, and he's new, might make an unlikely candidate
CS might be a good choice too, he tends to be pretty vocal regardless of role, and is a good player

Other than that I really don't know, there hasn't been much posting to go on. At least tonight we're looking at a 21.4% chance of hitting a vamp. almost one in four!

I vote to stake JL but this may change if something actually happens today.

Oh yeah and RBs post just kind of is stil lconfusing so I want some clarification about that as well. DC kind of drunken posting as usual, not much to go on there...its not unheard of, but does make a convenient excuse. As you said Z, meemee has also been relatively quiet today. I really hope she's not kidnapper, and I hate changing votes...JL took you long enough lol. Anyway, with regard to how things went with the voting and meemee's posting, I'm definitely more comfortable with a vote on her.

Now this is interesting. He voted JL, but switches to mee-mee... following the crowd as it were. After seeing what everyone was on about, I can agree with it.

Agree with swayde, especially if the LV is someone who's played a few games, they will not go for anything too obvious. Like when Ice was dr a few games back and saved the lynch victim on the first night...totally threw the mafia off his trail, since it seemed like such a newbie thing to do.

Now, this is an interesting statement too. Is the kidnapper doing something odd to throw us off his/her trail?

When did Ice say the kidnapper was not on our (The Town's) side? They are human, seems like that would put them on our side.

I have to agree with Z. I think the kidnapper, not being a vampire, is on our side. He/she has to pick someone and I guess they are going with people they think are innocent that others have suspicion on to help clear them. That's what I'd be doing if I was the kidnapper. And so far, I think they've done a good job since they've managed to clear two people that were both looking suspicious.
