FF you seem to be playing well and while I'd like to think it cause you've learned from past experince I keep getting a nagging feeling because you tend to play better when scum.

I've read through again from where I left off earlier. Overall, I don't see we've got much to go on. Add to this, the double-whammy effect of a turn -- whereby the addicts gain one in number PLUS the town loses one in number. So the net result is doubled every time that happens.



Thought this from Zaffy was an odd thing to say. I don't get your point behind that, Zaffy. I can't tell if you're trying to defend Neph, seriously mean defensiveness or even OMGUSSY behavior doesn't usually point to scum (which it often does), or if you're just goofing around again.

That comment was to Labrat in reference to Piranha, It wasn't about or to Neph at all.

the pir/kash thing seemed like it was more on a personal level then a game thing to me. not sure how to take it and it's already done and over with. wish there was more to go on with that.

the whole "thank you" situation made me want to think there was a scum alliance or PR involvement, but with pir gone that seems less likely since he turned up innocent. although i might want to keep an eye on jp and chill. not sure yet.

as for the whole random thing with rich... i can see wanting to out rich early if he is indeed scum. he has a tendency of sticking around till the end and almost coming out of the woodwork to be a power player in the final stages. as for seeing a D1 vote as anything but random... idk about that one.

but to clear things up about how random things can be... i vote to lynch the whomever posts the very next post after this one.

You've introduced bias towards those players who post often and those who post early in the morning. Therefore your vote is a systematic one rather than being truly random. If you were doing real statistics you'd have introduced error into your experiment.

The thread started to get rolling then AAF derails it with a conversation about "ennie meanie minie mo" and who says it correctly, doesn't 'seem very progressive.

DD points out that FF isn't around, seemed to me to be a subtle way to draw attention to FF.

It's hard to say how i feel about this, either you are just a new player ( I don't remember if this is your second or third game ) or if you are new scum trying to deflect what you did possibly slip up on.

The whole thank you think kinda sticks with me, it could have been D1 humor/sarcasm or it could be some sort of alliance. I’m not sure there are any players that would let roles slip by a simple statement like that, but on the other hand there are players bold enough to do it.

Rich and the Randoms (kinda sounds like a band name huh?)
Rich is a silent force in the beginnings of the games then making himself known as a very strong player the last few days of the game, to which he is very good at making.
Zaffy pointed out that Rich’s vote wasn’t random as he stated, Zaffy then posted a reasoned vote. It appeared he tried to make a mountain out of a molehill, but it’s Zaffy, who ever know with that guy...Rich is a good player that I can see the scum wanting out of their way.

I don't know why it split up quotes like that. I typed it in Google Docs, as don't have word. That's what happened to the quotes when I brought it back to the thread from GD.

I am not seeing much to go with right now, people are pointing out inconsistencies which is what we are supposed to be doing. Not seeing anything over the top but some interesting thoughts.

Kash pushing out Pir comes to mind first. It was nothing going on and she pulled little stuff on him. I think she hoped he would over react for an easy vote off. If he did not then no harm done, move on some else to get a reaction. very suspicious to me.

The other things seem little things about who was trying to push who etc. nothing has stuck yet and nothing flashes to my mind as vote worthy.

I have to largely agree with Rich's post. It seems to me like there really isn't much to go on yet... which is frustrating with this much posting and accusation.

I also find Kash's push on Pir interesting, and like I said before... those who jumped on after are as well. It is like Kash to dig though... and to get caught up in herself if she thinks she found something. It's also like the scum team to jump on a mis-guided innocent's band wagon.. IDK.

Bally and FF both seem to think DD is trying to put FF in the spotlight. Interesting that they both agree like that.

It seems to me that a lot of the rest of the conversation is poking at shadows: Chill challenges Dun because Dun didn't spell out "I don't know who the evils are", the talk about AAF and EMMM, RB and his racist nursery-rhymes, Labby and Zaffy are crazy as always. TBH, I'm not getting a strong scum vibe from any particular country yet.

My participation will continue to be sadly lacking until probably tomorrow, but I'll be keeping up on my phone and will chime in if something strikes me as important... or funny.

I like to think it's because I'm learning myself, but it's probably just because I've got other things in my life right now and don't have as much time to post as I usually do.

Be careful. Last time I did a copy/paste I was ripped to shreds. I wonder if anyone will draw the same conclusion about your copy/paste that they did from mine.

My current line of thinking is that there are some mountains here that are really molehills. Most of the connections being made (or even spitballed) aren't really sticking with me. We'll see how it plays out.
