Quick post regarding how I see people currently :-

Metricliman - quiet. I appreciate new player but still quiet. Really just the one post of substance. New players can be legitimately quiet and this has been a quiet game so I'm not anxious to read too much into their lack of posting but it is certainly their dominant characteristic.

Sorry for my lack of posting. Still trying to understand the game, and I don't want to make false accusations.


That said, I don't like FF making all of these connections. I can understand the pokemon being James' but I think drunk is stretching it a bit far. It was a Friday night when people were talking about being and getting drunk, so that's understandable.

My vote's between Dawg and Coler at the moment.

I spent most of yesterday arguing with Dawg about his interpretation of D1/N1. I still do not agree with his assessment that the votes on AAF were easy, nor do I understand his statements about 9/10 the innocents die in a tie. It also bugs me that he attempted a WIFOM defense given the hit on Zaffy.

Coler's fixation (for lack of a better term) on Neph's compliment has started to worry me after I reviewed the back and forth. I don't see any place where Neph made it into something it wasn't. And now that Coler's come out with a list he is leaning Neph more innocent than others?

As for other players, I have a horrible track record with Rich. I don't agree with his vote for obvious reason and I don't think I was overly defensive yesterday. If I see people saying things that are false, I'm going to say something about it. I'm not seeing anything scummy about Neph recently as he seems to be playing a pretty pro-town game. I keep forgetting about metric. Yes, they are new, but we started with very few players and it's getting to that time where people need to step up. Hopefully there is more input from them tonight.

When it comes to FF, I'm reserving further judgement until Pir clarifies the rules regarding the mystery gifts.

I should be on a little bit later, but it's doubtful that I can be around for nightfall.

Well, it seems the two people who my hint could have been referencing have both decided that my hint is valid... thanks for making it harder to choose which of you I'll vote lol. I vote to lynch DirtyDawg.

Dawg, unlike Coler, knows of my tendency to, you know, screw up as the eternal noob. The fact that he would take my interpretation so swiftly even knowing this, even going to far as to vote for Coler, worries me greatly. That, combined with him being a suspect of mine already because of both the hint and his lack of input day 1 (though he was there day 1, he was talkin about beer) has caused my vote on him. I may not be able to get back before nightfall, which is why I am voting now.

Once again Pappy, I do suggest you read up on the links, it's about the same amount of information as was in Colers two posts today. Not that hard to do I think.

I didn't take your interpretation. Did you read my post? I read the links and think that your conclusion may in fact be correct. That paired with my already being suspicious of Coler and JPap caused me to vote for Coler. The possibility the the interpretation is correct essentially broke the tie for me. The reason I say it points to Coler is because he is the one who actually mentioned being drunk. I made a comment to Zaffy after he mentioned Jack Daniels (not beer) but I never mentioned being drunk. There is also the fact that I know what I am. I understand the rest of you (except the scum) don't have this same information.

No one does but it comes with the territory in this game. The way we gain information is by talking and getting info out there. The reason JPap and I were going after each other was to see what information we could gain. Sometimes those comments will come back to haunt people on future days.

We do not know what FF is so how do we know it is really what was said. You also can not trust what is then interpreted by FF.

I also do not fathom the trust that Dawg is putting on it. I do not see it as a reason to vote for Coler.

I see Pap being the kill vote yesterday, based on little and his seemingly active defense of it, way too much if it was just a best I saw vote.

I would normally think the same thing, but consider the numbers:

We started with 9, and lost 2 right away. That means we have at most 5 townies left, maybe even 4 depending on starting numbers (25% of 9 is 2.25). The rules don't explicitly state if there will for sure be a Jessie AND a James scum but assuming the worst, we are at 4 v 3 right now. If the scum lynch an innocent then the town would lose and getting caught wouldn't be an issue for the scum at that point.

Even if that isn't the case and we're safer than I just assumed FF hasn't come out and said that player X is scum. It's been based on a vague hint given and he's already 180'ed on his interpretation. That's not the same as revealing an investigation which could be an outright lie.

This is the reason why I want Pir to let us know what he means by "PR." If it includes mafia, then they cannot get the gifts and FF is an innocent.

Dirtydawg10 - Objectively (I am conscious that they are voting for me) I am little confused by them. I would go so far as to say there are some inconsistencies - for instance if his theory that in a tie on D1 between scum and innocent the mod will resolve in the scum's favour 9/10 is correct, then it makes no sense to say that pappy is scum for voting for AAF versus me, in that scum would more likely take those odds versus running a risky save. I don't go so far as to say a case can be made against Dawg but I think their logic is flawed. Equally in terms of stats, it is more likely than not that two innocents ended up on the chopping block last night, as was the case.

I don't say that JPap is scum for voting AAF instead of you. I said if you were scum JPap could have been trying to save you. That could still be the case. If I read the rules correctly it states that with the number of players we have in this game there are two scum. If Coler is scum and was up for the lynch I do think the lone other scum would come to the rescue rather than leave it at a tie. I also mentioned in my comments after nightfall that there could have been two innocents up for the lynch as well. That is nothing new that you are stating here.

I don't know, I'm feeling a bit uneasy right now. I originally felt like pap and coler were both scum for a couple reasons, relating to the whole AAF thing and then some smaller stuff that stuck out but then I see pap giving Coler the third degree a bit about why he blew stuff so far out of proportion.

And then there's Coler giving the run down of the group and how he feels about us. Despite his surly demeanor he has started to look fairly pro town to me. My judgement may have been compromised ever since the 'it's self evident' comment answering my rule question.

And pap is playing pretty aggressively. It isn't very noticeable because it's pap but I feel like he doesn't want to be focused on so hard for being AAF's tie breaker. Whether or not there was a plot there (and I'm starting to believe there wasn't) he is really bringing my attention to coler and I feel like I shouldn't always keep my eyes right where the spotlight is aimed.

Here's where I see that there should be two scum...

The amount of scum will be as close to 25% withoutgoing over as the total amount of players (8-11 players-2 scum, 12-15 players-3scum, 16-19 players-4 scum, etc.)
