The Case of JudgeMax

This is not every post. It's intended to show the posts that I believe show a pattern. Many of these posts are in response to another post, but most of the things I want to bring up are not what is said, but how it is said... stay with me here.

not anti town, i happen to think, that RB and I think very similar, and If I were him, i would have definitely put blue as something, if you actually read the post, it says subject to change, ..I just wanted to see her reaction, and I really haven't gotten one, .. As I said before, you guys don't get a chance to see me play innocent very often, with nothing to hide, I can go all out, ..so , heck yeah, i am throwing what I think is a strong first day vote.

First claim of innocence

This is a curious statement that seemed to slip by unnoticed. The Blurts, and The Head Laugh (what was the other one, I never can remember?) This is from Coupling by the way. It's a way to tell when someone is fibbing. They blurt something out, pause, then shake their head while laughing...

ok. point taken, lol, i always hate when other people preach their innocence, and here I am doing it. give me a few need to check the players roster, to make sure I don't over look anyone. , and I will give you my best educated guess as to who I think he has where, ..

Again, I always look guilty to all of the more experienced players, the same as you all look guilty to me.

That sounds too familiar to be just a typo. Is she on the same team? If charlie was mafia, this would definitely make her mafia in my eyes, but we still have a way to go.

I did the same, in the last few games. I decided to not try the late night swing, unless its really needed to push an absolute mafia out the door.

Talking about swing votes... curious. Apparently she realizes that these votes cause some concern.

yes, I agree, but, he comes out saying things, that make us extremely suspicious, enough so, to maybe swing votes his way ,rather than charlie, ..ie:decoy. I can't believe you needed this explained?...

Back on the Charlie/DJ decoy thing.

I really assumed there would be much more traffic in this thread since night is only a half hour away?...Am I the only one who thought that? and does anyone have an actual count of innocent versus mafia(combined, or not)

Ok, so here goes my list.

BLUE: I still feel very strongly that she is mafia, her combativeness, and post style makes me believe so, she is talking very much like an experienced player, yet admits to only reading the last half of last game?.

Lady G : as always she is suspicious to me, I don't know if its just her posting style, but I am also pretty sure she is guilty.

DD: hard for me to read, every time I think she is guilty, its the opposite, and now I am leaning her innocent, so I must be wrong again, and she is mafia. ???????lol, did that make sense?..

ICE: He is actually playing a little differently than usual, Its very subtle, but concerns me.

DJ: Now he is flat out mafia, I can't help but think so, you won't convince me otherwise, hes acting like a complete idiot, one time he posts like hes got a brain, and the next like he dropped it.which leads me to believe that someone is trying to help him, because its to much of a change from post style to post style.

SWAYE: after having the pleasure of playing with her before, I have to wonder, she doesn't do bad well, and I haven't seen that this game, she seems a little more innocent to me right now.

I know I have missed a few people that i have thoughts about, but I lost track on my thoughts so when they come back to me I will post them again.

What? If I understand this (and I may not, it's a bit thick for an idiot like me), Jmax is saying that she can't remember who would jeopardize themselves as mafia by throwing out DJ. Is she trying to remember who first came up with the idea of using DJ as a scapegoat?

I wasn't "lost" in the shuffle . I actually was surprised to see it, I am also uneasy with why blue would choose to pick a fight with someone else, unless she has suspicions that that person is on another mafia team?..I think, blue is guilty as well, Lady G I am not sure about, I ALWAYS think she is guilty, and am wrong, I think its her play style, However, I am not sticking up for her, because I do agree, that dj is to obvious a vote, I will also be holding my vote from last night, I just don't get why I am so suspicious to all of you?..

Yes, I think you were lost in the shuffle. I think you are mafia. If I'm right, then both DJ and Jmax are mafia.

I compiled all of Dj's posts so far. I am sure that pretty much everyone already finds him suspicious but this is what I want to point out...

Good Morning , could not sleep thinking about these two innocent deaths and yes I have antics. Kind of the guy whom always would just jump in head first. It was very kind to hear the town that stayed up last night give me the the benefit of the doubt. I have my doubts with random selection or maybe the dice rolled with the experienced players being mafia. I must admit that I jumped on Charlie because he was already on the ground and headed to the rope. I felt it would be easy prey and trusted the high numbers of votes from the older players. I am actually sitting here at the airport thinking now about how many innocent peoplle are left and ask that you enable me to trust someone to guide me through this process of selection. I think we all wanted to saved our own heads on jump on the fallen. I want to be the first to say I am gratefull that it was not my neck. Sorry Charlie. I am going to wait until the final hours and today avoid looking at the running count and seek-out the mafia guy. Please explain what the numbers of the innocents are left.

I am having innocent fun...I am not scare of getting hung, I would rather be thrown to a pool of sharks if and when you every decide to make a mistake and choose me. Anyone else see a difference form the bolded parts? Earlier today he is grateful for not being lynched but now he isn't afraid of it?

And the red part was pointed out already (by blueiz I think), but i just wanted to use that as another one of his inconsistencies.

Dj, I really wish you'd post something coherent that might give us a reason to NOT think you are mafia. I am very close to abandoning my vote on DC since it looks like no one else seems to think he's mafia from the evidence that made me think he was, and you are looking way too mafia for my comfort.
