I agree.. I can understand DD as she said she had a family emergency... And I truely hope everything is going ok.. But Mal I don't understand she didn't vote because she didn't want to get accused of Skimming???!!!

To the rest of the players - you as well Niko if you are a townie PLEASE DO NOT UD!! WE CAN'T AFFORD ANY MORE LOSSES!! We can still pull this out. Now Niko if you are a Vamp please feel free to UD.. It won't hurt my feelings in the least :grinyes:

I will be leaving for my hometown sometime this morning and will be with family for the rest of today and the household I'm at doesn't have children (Mom's) and doesn't have a computer or I-Net Access.. I might be able to get online late tonight or tomorrow but realistically don't expect any messages from me until a minimum of saturday.. If I can get online I will.

Are you suggesting that Niko was turned? Then he hastily used his silver arrow to take out the greatest threat to the vamps, namely Plant, maybe she's said something or mentioned someone in her posts that hits too close to the bone for the vamps... interesting

Have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving all! For those that are elsewhere and don't celebrate it, you can join in the fun too. Delight in eating too much and doing very little today.
Without even meaning to I already did I hit the town after my final exam and then slept in until 11 today, hope that all y'all enjoy the Turkey day celebrations

Colour of Magic? It's still not much of an excuse for your gliding in this game, though, it just shows an aptitude for this kind of thing. That in turn highlights how you've been able to stay under the radar for most of the game so far.

Well, I've been thinking all day about different scenarios, running all kinds of thoughts through my head.

First I am going to start with a few thoughts on Niko.
I was (still am) worried about him. The only thing that keeps me from him is Plant. Now, he is obvious for the kill on her. Too obvious IMO, when I first read she was shot by the hunter he was my first thought BUT, would he be that obvious? If he is the hunter and not changed that makes him a very good candidate for the Vamps to kill. If he is hunter and not changed, it makes him look like he has already been changed to us.
Now if he hasn't been changed and is NOT the hunter, and the hunter HAS been changed this was a great time for the vamps to "trick" us. Knowing he would be the first we would look at, they have the now turned Hunter take out Plant, since Niko was on the lynching block already..this would further our suspicions on him. Possibly getting us to take out another innocent. I have a hard time believing that the vamps would be sooooo obvious IF Niko, has been turned, and is the hunter...I just can't see them allowing him to take her out, knowing how suspicious this would make him look. To me it looks more like a set up.
Now if Niko, is the hunter and has not been changed and REALLY thought Plant was a Vamp, being on the lynching block...he may have taken her to try and gain credibility. Problem being, she ended up innocent.
So, after saying all of this...I have to say I have a VERY hard time thinking that Niko would be a "turned" hunter, he may be the hunter but if he had been "turned" I don't think the other Vamps would let him be so obvious. I do however see Plants death as Vampire related, now lessening my suspicions on Niko because of it. I THINK the Vamps turned the hunter, and are now trying to implicate Niko.
Of coarse I could be completely wrong on this, I have been so off this game I'm almost afraid to say anything anymore!
I hope this all makes sense.

It does, in a round-about way, but have you considered that Niko may perhaps be a vampire and is taking the rap for it because the vampires instructed him to? If you think about it, it's a possibility, whoever the hunter was would be feeling extremely vulnerable after shooting plant, I know if it was me, I would not draw any attention to my role in killing an innocent whatsoever. Maybe a vamp has told Niko to put himself out there as the hunter, it can, if it's pulled off, show him as an innocent who made a simple mistake, after all, without his arrow he's just another townie, so why would the vamps want to turn the hutner after he's used his arrow. This may be a ploy to show Niko as an innocent, I think. If anything, the vamps will be trying to narrow down our seer, if anything the seer should be focusing his or her energies and powers on determining if Niko was or wasn't the hunter (if Ice is allowed to disclose that information)... the vamps'll be hurriedly trying to destroy our third and final lifeline to thrust us into the dark (more so than we are already in)

Now on to Clown,

He has seemingly been "following" me this game on thoughts. He is quick to point out my "good" points, even thanking me at one point for bringing things out about Kuhli. Then, him following me onto Blue, after her death he makes sure to point out how he "respected" me for nailing both him and DD last game and thought I was a good player, (or something on those lines) I'll have to go back and find the post to point out what I am saying to be "exact words".
This has me wondering, is he Vamp, knew both Kuhli and Blue were innocent and thought this was a great way to implicate myself. He could say how he thought I was a good player and believed my cases, so he followed me, in turn making me look more suspicious to everyone and "clearing" himself so to say.

Yes, that could be possible I think...but less likely. I think they would want to "kill" not change Niko if he is innocent, IF we didn't lynch him first. But, YES..I could see what you are saying, they have him "hit" Plant, then come on and say "oops sorry guys" I really thought her to be vamp, or something on those lines.
I agree the seer should look at Niko, maybe they already have? The problem is the seer CAN NOT come out and let us know their finding or it will be immediate death to them from the Vamps.

Nah, that's not really what I was trying to say... I think it's 'cos I didn't make it clear enough, I mean that somebody else (i.e. another unnamed innocent) hit plant, thinking her the vamp, but Niko (instructed by a vamp) has come out to apologise instead...

I myself question whether or not he is, hence my theory that he was prompted to take responsibility for it by the other vampires, either way, he's not going to last much longer.

I took his apology as, his vote on Blue, but yes...I could see it as that way too I guess. I didn't realize he did that in the "M.A." thread. Ahhh, I don't know.

Which brings me to something about RB. A while back he said something about "I can see LG's ramblings coming on". I am wondering if he said this because he knew Blue was innocent, and knew how I would be completely taken back when it showed she was. That one sentence really ALMOST made me change my mind on Blue, of coarse now I wish I would have listened to my gut at that point, but I was soooo sure she was Vamp, I let that quick twinge slide.

I realize that may sound silly, but really when he said that....I had this quick OMG thought of RB is vamp and he knows she innocent.

I know you have know idea how I have played in the past, but I have been known to overreact and ramble alot about things, when ppl try accuse me and I feel I am right. He knows this though.
