Some posts that I pulled while reviewing the thread...

Andi heard the rumors of vampires around now, "What the hell kind of town is this." she wondered out loud. Luckily enough she kept her favorite piece of jewelry for her Goth phase a few years back. She smiled as she dug out the trunk the neck width solid silver choker with fancy crosses engraved all the way around.
She then went to her kitchen knowing after the Mafia week of the town there was sure to bee a town meeting and what better way to tell who is a vampire or not the offer home baked garlic pizzas. "Better get to work if I'm going to have enough for the town in time."

the above is post 67, Andi's first post, just role play, 15 hrs into day one

I'm not a high poster but try to add quality rpg post, I have a very busy life but enjoy gaming with yall, I dont think low post make you guilty, but low quatlity post might.

Given that Kuhli turned out to be innocent (as tears stream down my face for voting an innocent for his guilty behavior) "I'm so sorry Kuhli" at least one of the others whom voted for him is logically speaking a vampire, I know I'm not one as I bite in to another slice of my garlic pizza, and KOTD is no longer in the game, that leaves Jo (who either changed vote to another to lessen suspicion or is innocent, I'll go with innocent for the moment). That leaves Niko, Fungi, and CL. So I will be watching to see what happens, cause I doubt both vampires voted for the same innocent, but logically we have at least one in the names above.[/quote]

These are thru Day 2....looks like Andi pops in around 10 AM, while at work, posts a bit, mainly chit chat and excuses why she hasn't been around, but there are plenty of other posts (and time) to talk avatars, dolls, and cooking.

Take it for what you want....but there has been very little input or help, IMO...

I could see that....but my gut is still telling me Niko, I cant put my finger on a exact reason why, cause even though CL has voted the same way, I dont think CL is a vamp, but Niko i think is, I waiting to see what happens before I vote one way or another.

The reason that you cant put your finger on it is because there is nothing there to put your finger on....

Andi has rpg'd since she was 13, she is now gasp 35, she also grew up in a gaming household, my grandparents Use to help organize Dragon COM in atlanta ga, I promise I'm not getting help

She did reply, finally, in posts 886 and 888, directly to others but the killer is post 897..

Lists her qualifications as a gamer but has played the newbie card and done little else except quote other's posts for defining her postions. Even tells us in #930 that she appeciates our compliments. I am not accusing Andi of getting help....I just wonder how much help us villagers could have had if she was more involved.

It really wouldn't surprise me if Ice did pick a newbie as the LV and the gaming experience has convinced her a low profile, non-committal stance is appropriate....just a thought.

Well, I have to say Andi has my eyebrow raised also. Her saying she has soooo much experience in these type of games, and her game play seems odd for someone with so much experience. It seems to me if you have that much experience in this type of game she would be posting much more and giving way more thoughts then she has if innocent.
She knew we considered her a newb and this gave her the "cover" she would need if vamp, and she seems to have played the "newb" card well. This has me very concerned.

Niko, so you are saying you ARE the hunter right?

The case against andi definitely makes more sense when all the posts are put together...they are sometimes so few and so spread out I forget she is playing. But the niko as hunter thing is really giving me trouble...though it IS nikos fisrt PR, if it was a vet as the hunter I would be very suspicious of them taking out a person only they were really looking at.

I took his apology as, his vote on Blue, but yes...I could see it as that way too I guess. I didn't realize he did that in the "M.A." thread. Ahhh, I don't know.

Which brings me to something about RB. A while back he said something about "I can see LG's ramblings coming on". I am wondering if he said this because he knew Blue was innocent, and knew how I would be completely taken back when it showed she was. That one sentence really ALMOST made me change my mind on Blue, of coarse now I wish I would have listened to my gut at that point, but I was soooo sure she was Vamp, I let that quick twinge slide.

I realize that may sound silly, but really when he said that....I had this quick OMG thought of RB is vamp and he knows she innocent.

I know you have know idea how I have played in the past, but I have been known to overreact and ramble alot about things, when ppl try accuse me and I feel I am right. He knows this though.

Lady, when I made that comment, halfway thru Game Day 2, I was just looking at things in general, and had been reviewing the thread. I post I was thinking about, but didn't do a direct quote of, was your post #660, where you were listing all sorts of combinations of teams on evils. Thus, as you were explaining the "whys" to the different combos, I made the comment about ramblings.

Two things that bug me when I moderate a game and also as a player are:

1) Posts that are extremely long with a lot of different colors and items that have been bolded for emphasis, (yes, I know, I just did a long one on Andi, sorry). When I am trying to track votes and vote changes, the more things are "bolded" slows down the review, and increases the chances of missing something. Even if not modding, and if on a limited time frame for RL issues, it sets folks up for missing something.

2) Posts where folks respond inside a quote, and others besides myself have brought this to our attention. The next person to quote your response, it doesn't carry over the original and causes confusion. Guess that is why my choice is to state the post and number as a reference.

Your posts today (and any ones' in general are more effective in my belief and easier to understand if kept to a single subject and not a discussion of a half dozen variables at once. Kind of like your posts today, comcentrating on one subject at a time.

Which would cause me to ask why the sudden change in posting styles...?

Ok Folks, please bear with me on this catch up. Not as much "quality" as I was hoping to come back to, but a few that I found interesting (see below). Hope everyone had a Great day yesterday! Mine was fine until this morning when I got duped into shopping). ARGH!

Well, I've been thinking all day about different scenarios, running all kinds of thoughts through my head.

First I am going to start with a few thoughts on Niko.
I was (still am) worried about him. The only thing that keeps me from him is Plant. Now, he is obvious for the kill on her. Too obvious IMO, when I first read she was shot by the hunter he was my first thought BUT, would he be that obvious? If he is the hunter and not changed that makes him a very good candidate for the Vamps to kill. If he is hunter and not changed, it makes him look like he has already been changed to us.
Now if he hasn't been changed and is NOT the hunter, and the hunter HAS been changed this was a great time for the vamps to "trick" us. Knowing he would be the first we would look at, they have the now turned Hunter take out Plant, since Niko was on the lynching block already..this would further our suspicions on him. Possibly getting us to take out another innocent. I have a hard time believing that the vamps would be sooooo obvious IF Niko, has been turned, and is the hunter...I just can't see them allowing him to take her out, knowing how suspicious this would make him look. To me it looks more like a set up.
Now if Niko, is the hunter and has not been changed and REALLY thought Plant was a Vamp, being on the lynching block...he may have taken her to try and gain credibility. Problem being, she ended up innocent.
So, after saying all of this...I have to say I have a VERY hard time thinking that Niko would be a "turned" hunter, he may be the hunter but if he had been "turned" I don't think the other Vamps would let him be so obvious. I do however see Plants death as Vampire related, now lessening my suspicions on Niko because of it. I THINK the Vamps turned the hunter, and are now trying to implicate Niko.
Of coarse I could be completely wrong on this, I have been so off this game I'm almost afraid to say anything anymore!
I hope this all makes sense.

It does, in a round-about way, but have you considered that Niko may perhaps be a vampire and is taking the rap for it because the vampires instructed him to? If you think about it, it's a possibility, whoever the hunter was would be feeling extremely vulnerable after shooting plant, I know if it was me, I would not draw any attention to my role in killing an innocent whatsoever. Maybe a vamp has told Niko to put himself out there as the hunter, it can, if it's pulled off, show him as an innocent who made a simple mistake, after all, without his arrow he's just another townie, so why would the vamps want to turn the hutner after he's used his arrow. This may be a ploy to show Niko as an innocent, I think. If anything, the vamps will be trying to narrow down our seer, if anything the seer should be focusing his or her energies and powers on determining if Niko was or wasn't the hunter (if Ice is allowed to disclose that information)... the vamps'll be hurriedly trying to destroy our third and final lifeline to thrust us into the dark (more so than we are already in)

The above posts do only one thing in my eyes, add alot of confusion. We seem (I'm guilty of it as much as anyone) to think up very elaborate schemes behind the tactics used by the bad guys, when usually the truth is more straight forward. I'm not ready to hang LG for believing Blue was a vamp. I've been "Positive" of someone before and been wrong (sorry Charlie).

As to the debate about the Hunter, see below.

There are those that speculate you are the Hunter. There are clues pointing to this. If you weren't turned when you used your arrow, you screwed us twofold. You killed a townie while narrowing the Vamp's list of people who could be Seer.
If you were turned before you used your arrow, you still screwed us.

Charlie- here you pretty much tell Niko (IF he's the Hunter), that either way he screwed the town. I know that if I was the Hunter and saw myself in a dead heat for lynching, I'd send my hit in on my best candidate for LV to try to win the game. Why call him on it AND point it out to the bad guys if they had missed the narrowing of the field part?

Well, who are your current suspects???

I am having difficulty finding suspects, but I can list players who I would have turned or lobbied to turn by now:
a newb- any newb would do, but Andi and Fungi would be my personal selections
a mod- any mod would do, but you would have been my personal selection
JL- his low posting has kept him of everyones radar so far
HN- if they don't turn him, he will find them. Surely they know this.

Seems that you are casting a pretty wide net without any real kicking going on. I appreciate the compliment, but in the past I had a fellow weasel kicker that seems to be MIA thus far.

C'mon now, don't get your knickers in a knot. If you were turned killing Plant won't be held against you. They made you do it.
If you are innocent, don't feel bad. You're not the first to use their shot to kill an innocent. RB killed me once when he was the Bodyguard (same as the hunter) and I was innocent. You were doing what you thought was the right thing and noone will hold it against you.

Now after telling him he "screwed the town", you're consoling him?

I must admit that after being wrong about you a few games ago, I've given you a pretty wide berth and I'm afraid that I may be regretting that.

The case made against Andi in 931 was very interesting and I need to add her to my list. With everything that happened and that I've finshed reading, I have to say that Charlie is looking more suspect to me while Niko is less so.

Hmmm... right now I'd have to say that my suspicions are on JL, Charlie, Rb (can't shake it), Andi, and Lady G. Hopefully this will get him to return with some sort of insight....
