So at this point, I am voting to make LC walk the plank. there is something odd there, ..I can't figure it out, but my gosh, i will...I also want to say that, i don't see why you guys are ridding beth so much, ..she changed her avatar, ..you guys rode her so hard, that she is nervous, she is still actually a fairly new player. I Think, HN, may be up to something, I am just not ready to lynch him yet, ..When he is innocent, he is one hell of an asset to the town.

Again, Something is ODD with LC, ..just figuring out what, ..he is way to comfortable with us, and the way he speaks to all of us in the game, its almost as if, hes been playing with us for sometime..Its just weird, ..

Wow... all this time and you still have nothing more than "something is odd" on anyone? I just read every post you've made in the game and would like to encourage others to do so. Even Jpap has provided more input IMO.

I still think mee-mee needs some votes on her. I think she is a pirate and will crack once she gets a few votes on her. The first reason I voted for her is that she was defending jpap for his lack of posting. Then she gave me a OMGUS vote. Also, I expected more posting from her at this point in the game.

I vote to have mee-mee walk the plank.

I hope to have some more time to post. The house I am sleeping at does not have internet.

There WAS a clue about the hit in Clown's post. Several of us have pointed it out since his post was made. The pirates attempted to hit a MAN who did NOT vote for Beth.

I'm not against a vote for Mee-Mee, but what about some more help. What are your thoughts on others John?

I'm confused. Are you asking why pirates have the ability to chat in PMs? Because Clown gave them that ability. Pirates all know who one another are an are allowed to chat with one another. I don't think many innocents can chat in PMs. If you're asking why we think an innocent would ask on the board...well um, why wouldn't they? It isn't as if they can chat like the pirates can.

Game 17....244 posts....184 of them in the 6 AM to 9 PM time frame, 60 of them in the 9 PM to 6 AM time frame

This Game...49 posts...24 of them in the 6 AM - 9 PM, 25 in the 9 PM - 6 AM....

Your current posting has shifted greatly to late at night, where you fail to face confrontation.....

I wanted to come back to this when I saw the post being referenced by someone else. Not that I'm convinced LG is a pirate and you're not but lets say I'm open to the possibility for a moment...did game 17 start on the weekend as this one did? If not it might account for the difference in posting times.

why would that bother you, pappy? I asked this of Grins because she was in fact skimming or it seemed as she was at that point. If you're going to make a point pappy, please complete it and don't try just throwing random things out. It appears as your ruffled shirt is sticking out.

I actually do not have a case against Lady right now, I do like to argue with her though. If you get her riled enough she slips up and starts posting like a whacko...she goes and grabs 10 or 15 quotes and talks about them all at once keeping others confused and then she gets caught in her lies.

She is doin a pretty good job of it and I have her leaning more pirate than innocent. Did you notice the bull crap about when she normally posts....all you have to do is go back and check previous games and you you will find she is tap dancing...or doing a jig....

I am sure RL issues will be spit forth to explain the difference in posting times....

One thing I will give G is her times of postings. I do know that she works tending a bar or late night restaurant kind of thing so her hours are screwy. From what I remember, she also lost a job which she loved as well as the customers loving her during the last several games, was looking for another and got the current one she is at now... which leaves her to posting at these weird hours. Weird how you being a mod for at least some or a couple of those games, you would bring this up as a fault of G's now.

I already think JL and JP are Pirates. JL plays as he does when he is bad. And he has nothing better to do than go after me every game. Give it up JL...RB (his out break about MG) still a little confusing. He will be watched also....

JL has been leaning towards pirate for me for some time too, right now I just feel stronger about Rb. With the number of pirates at 4-7 by my earlier guess we could both be right.

Oh, too bad they lost....20-13 the Vikes...

I agree. Look at me. Look at everyone who voted for Beth carefully...I know for a fact that at least one of them is innocent, but I'm sure there's a pirate or two voting against her as well.

I'm also concerned about the two or three players which voted alone on the "safe" bet. JM seems to be the most looked at of them this round, already tallying up several votes against him. Then there's Lupin who's been pretty much non-vocal, and MM who hasn't said much either.

*sighs* I gotta vote against someone in case my connection goes out, but no one really to vote against...the case against JM is just as strong as the case against myself, and I know I'm innocent. I ****ed up my first game and read beth wrong, I don't want to do it again.

And I just figured it out...I vote to make Bala walk the plank.

LG, I did vote on evidence against JL. JP came in after him and voted for me for no reason (just because JL did). And now JL is trying to connect me with JP. He is trying to distance himself from the clan or just JP...and that long post from JP, JP probably got that from JL...and my gut instinct is telling me that JL IS A PIRATE...everyone thought my gut instinct about DD (when I was the Vig) was wrong, and boy was I right. She was the Don...If I was a Vig right now, I would not hesitate to take out JL. And you would all see that I was right about him...

jpappy789-(8) I do not know what to think of this "new" Pap, am not use to seeing such low posting (thoughts) from him, he is one that usually is out there questioning, accusing and digging, have seen none of that in this game.

rbishop-(9)Wow, I think we all know my feeling on RB, I love the fact we get to play with him...but he has said sooo many things that just are not right or do not add up. His vote on Jmax VERY questionable...and honestly makes me look at Jmax even more, I believe he may of been voting one of his own knowing she wouldn't go last night but if she went tonight or later before him, he could always pull that vote up to try and look good.

judgemax-(8)Her kinda "calling out" Ice last night right before night fall raised my suspicion of her GREATLY..made me think of the game where all the mafia fooled everyone, and she taunted me right before nightfall. Her post have been somewhat questionable.

Grins-(5)Another I am not sure my feeling on right now, nothing really stands out to me, not sure she was really trying to out Jmax as an innocent though as others have asked her.

He still wont answer any question that I or you or anyone asks him about me. He is eluding the questions. He has no explanation for my vote, other than he has nothing better to do than go after me (as he does every game). And this time he is not going to win. Because he is on the bad side of the townies. He is against us and he still wont answer the question. the only excuse "I will crack under pressure"...well duh, everyone knows that about me....

John, could you expand more on what it is about Mee-Mee's game that has you believing she is pirate? It might help me make up my mind on her.

ok, here are some of my thoughts.

LC, hes top on my list of suspects at this time. I dont like that he admittedly jumped on a train . He came out full force at the start of the game, but now its like hes ot so up an the game, his noobiness is showing through. Did whoever is coaching you LC, have to leave for a bit?

Grins, she has peeked my suspicion however Im on the fence with her at this time. She is an aggressive player, but that doesnt make her mafia or innocent. She will slip up eventually if she is mafia.

RB, he is very serious this game, not like the RB Ive played with in the past at all.

MeeMee, something isnt right with her, call it a gut feeling if you will, I cant put my finger on it.

JM, same goes for her as with mee mee.

Lady G, this is the first time I think I have ever said this about anyone, much less LG. I have her leaning innocent.

Im not sure where my vote will end up, LC is standing out the most to me at this time, however. Id ike to get to the one that is coaching him first. Ice or HN prhaps? What makes me say those two is they are both aggressive players and I dont see that agressiveness this round really.

I am finding it quite interesting, the over posting G has been doing on RB today..... while I still find rb to be quite odd this game, I am finding it a bit questionable as well as to how hard G is pushing the envelope on him.



Ifound this interesting and worth a second look on LC for looking so deeply into the roles of the pirates. Just why are you so interested in exactly how the roles of captain/s is, LC? Is your chat room becoming confused?


I was willing to let that go until I saw this, below. Grins excuses this behavior because LC is a newbie for the game, but me, I am having a problem with it. Yeah, I might excuse someone who flubs all over the place during their first game, but LC has been pretty detailed in his findings/thoughts, acting as a real pro.... and when he does admit to editing, he still names the wrong players. Just what other posts have you "edited before anyone posted", LC?

He had to wait for JL to finish typing what he (JP) says. He probably got all of his info in that one post from JL...

No slipping this time Ice. For I am not a Pirate. Just one of the Townies. And I want to rid them once and for all. I will start with JL and then JP...

Hate being down 3 players and its not even night 2 yet.

HNs vote bothers me a lot but if I had to think him pirate I'd have to rethink some of my suspects. I also think or have leaning pirate Rb JM and Mad.

Day 1s are hard enough without having to explain why you jumped last hour from someone who comes up innocent to another player. No excuse would be good enough. With that in thought and some of HNs other posts I lean him innocent. No one he could have jumped to that were suspect to him would have made a difference unless others followed.

Rb - His want of a UD of a player. An innocent wouldn't call for it not knowing if it hurt his team or not but I could see a pirate doing it to lessen the number of lynches and hits needed to win. As pointed out earlier its reminiscent of a past game.


JM has done nothing for the town, she is attacking LC who appears to me as being helpful. She jumped on him from the start,as soon as she saw his pregame post. The rest of her posts have been nonsense posts.

Mad has me leaning him pirate because of his vote placement and his response to Grins about JM leaving him off the post of men on Beth.



Those are the top 3 I'm looking at right now.

Others that warrant watching are

Blue- I'm not really liking her posts but she has usually been a low poster evil or not. I don't like that she is jumping on LC along with JM though.

Mee Mee but she'll slip with enough pressure if she is pirate

Jpap just not enough posts to go on.

DD Truthfully I'd need to go back and read her posts again to see if anything sticks out

Mal- a post of substance would be nice. Pirates don't like newbs talking much.

Everyone else I have leaning innocent.

JL, you seem to have nothing better to do than try and tie me with JP. nice try. For you are the Pirate, and JP is your little lamby...HAHAHAHA. And it is up to others to decide if I am a Pirate or not. NOT only by what you say. You might as well go back to your Pirate ship and take a nap.

OK, here is my opinion on the players of this game, thus far...
these are in no special order, I tried to keep them in order of sign up thread.


Grins, she is appearing innocent to me, she has proven herself to be a good player, but she isn't "hiding" this time, which leads me to believe that she has nothing to hide.

Jl, I am still getting used to his more active approach, So I really don't know what to think, when I remember him being the most active, he really had me fooled, so, i have to say, i think him more pirate.

Myself, well, i know I am innocent..

Mad, ..I don't know, he is one, i can never read, ..

MG..Innocent

RB, there is something there, I am not sure what, but he is acting odd, ..

Jpap, he has been abnormally quiet, he has been the last couple games though, but I just think its odd, and I currently have him leaning more guilty

LG, you know, I could kick myself for saying this, But i have her leaning innocent, this is the most cohesive she has been though a game, lmao, maybe staying up late works for her.

Ice: He is always helpful, I think people forget that, he is usually much more helpful, though, imho, when he is guilty, .i still find his vote changes odd, very unlike ICE

DD: you know, i also hate to say this, but I have her mid line, she could really go either way with me at this point, ..

blue: I find her lack of posting, very disheartening, her first game, she was extremely aggressive, .and this game, ..We are seeing almost nothing...

HN, well, what can I say, he is himself, through and through, ..although, he is helpful to the town, its similar to ice..he if guilty, will get more brash, as teh game wears on...

I am not bringing it up as a fault DD, after my claim of her posting mainly at late night, she claimed that was normal....go back and look at the other games yourself, actually put some time and effort into as I have. It is a false statement on her behalf. &5% of her posts in the game I noted are in the time frame most of the players here post in....it has switched for 50/50. I don't care the reason why. To lie about it and say it is normal is wrong.

You will find my stance as true, regardless of when the game started....it mat be more true for a weekend but that is only two days, over all, she posts heavily in the normal hours except for this game. By the way she is close to falling into her rambling stage making fights out of anything.

You would see that if you played more actively.

Um Bob, he asked that in post 785, which stands to reason for even the most dense of players that you had not yet posted the reply of 786 accusing him of skimming.

You know I earlier asked in the game why skimming was a mafia tell. I heard everyone's answers but at this point in the game I'm starting to suspect that the accusation of skimming is the bigger mafia tell. That people (pirates) are using it to cast doubt on others without really having to post a real reason.

and to say I am lying about it??? Where is that from? I have posted my thoughts on why I believe G might be posting at weird hours, I gave my explanation of why her hours might be as they are. These hours are normal from what I can recollect to her other games. How about instead of requesting someone put time and effort into things, you put the ball on the court and note the game and posts you are speaking of.... realize, normal hours for her are day hours where people are usually in front of a PC in their 9 to 5, I know I am and come here as much as I can when not in a crunch at work. She's at home and can see the PC unless she is out shopping for, maybe, I dunno, Christmas gifts.... it's what us ladies do... and then you end with "You would see that if you played more actively". That was classic. I'm not going to argue with you rb, I was simply stating why G's hours might be as they are and that as far as I have seen, they have had the pattern of her job and home time.
