Not "gunning" for anyone, though Grins does look the most intriguing to me so far. Do you disagree that you or her would be a good option to the other? Hopefully, I would too as well as several others. I mentioned your name because of the sequence of posts, but I do find your reaction a bit curious. Why get defensive about something like that (i.e. a completely plausible scenario) on day 1? When have you ever known me to "hint" about anything? I pretty much just say it when I feel it. Laying groundwork for a vote?

But I do agree with your statement about "Chill Dude" but it would have been more interesting to see the outcomes of those interactions without butting in IMO, instead of telling them that they look mafia because of that reason. Now they have a reason to make themselves look more innocent or go back read those things and change their play.

As far as the 'Chill Dude,' don't get me wrong, I didn't say it was a scumtell. Others have said these things in other games, and it's not always scum. Just wanted to make sure that this idea doesn't spread among the newbies.

When you first questioned me after I jumped on Grins, it looked like you were running to her aid. This post makes it look like you may have been hunting Grins... sorry for spooking your prey.

I asked, "What are you doing in this alley, mafia-man?"

It replied, "I am a shadow, not a mafia man."

"Then are you innocent?"

"I'm a shadow, deet deedee."

"Why are you even talking to me then?"

"I know all the secrets of the mafia. Now I know nothing of what you are, not mafiaman or innocent, but I'll tell you the secrets of ACVille."

ILOVEBETTAS comes out of the alley very woozy a few hours later.

It won't be till the end of the day and thats only if we have votes more consolidated on a few players and not half the town. The only way to force the mafias hand is to push them into moving votes.

Its hard to get mafia Day 1 but not impossible. Unless we make it impossible.

Well you won't in random voting persay, but look at LC game before last.. But you can see trends if you just let people play how they want and look at other things. Like I told Mad there were things that were definate give aways to me anyway about the way EMO and LC played the last game.. I know I made a couple of faux pas myself but it at least let me know that I shouldn't vote for them.

But I also think you should let people make their mistakes so you can use it for case building later in Day 1 vs pointing it out and letting them change their method of play and blend in.

ICE you know as well as I do there are certain ways you can tell even if a vet is mafia and you don't give those guarded secrets away easily. But its not like last game where we had a 50% chance of hitting a mafia on day one. The chance does exist that we could get a mafia but your not going to get them unless you let them trap themselves are you..

Simply put you and mad have gone higher on my list because you were stopping that interaction.
