No he came on (kinda like you) after it was closed and said how he thought it was going to be up longer....RB included him.

I was referring to Mal voting for IBL because IBL gave a vote with no reason. Its Day 1 and most votes were without good reason, why jump on this vote? But at the same time I find IBLs vote strange myself as it was the 3rd vote onto HN at the time. I'm not saying Mal is mafia but that she deserves a watchful eye. Could be they are team mates and this is distancing on Mals part.I was leaning IBL more mafia then Mal though.

rBish is very good about not manipulating the roles. I think he does what I do and run everyone through an Excel random number generator a couple of times for the roles.

Personally, the only thing that I consider scummy right now (besides going ballistic over a day one vote) is being very quiet and non-helpful.

I was thinking about changing my vote, but the more I think about it the more I'm comfortabe where it is.

At first, it was a sort of joke to get Grins to calm down. Then when she jumped on me, then Mad jumped on me for stating that votes on day one pretty much have to be random, I started to get somewhat suspicious. It's not a 99.9% sure she's mafia yet, but there seems to be a hint of it.

Me and Mad just don't mesh for some reason in these games. It's just the way it is. I don't think he's mafia because he disagrees with me.



Like I keep saying (and no one seems to get this)... day one is a crap shoot. Especially with 200 pages of fluff, two days of additional bad guys, and the only fingers being pointed are totally random or towards people making (at least partially) helpful posts.

Though I would love to agree with the 1st bolded statement we all know this has never been the truth. Players want good players on their team, they just hope that the player is good enough to cover their butts and not be looked at. Are you mafia Ogre? You the Don or the chosen one?

2nd bolded statement we all know also isn't true. RB as well as myself have admitted to manipulating roles for a good game. Are you going to tell me Ogre that the last New/Old Mafia game wasn't manipulated? I find it really coincidental that it pretty much ended up being West mafia and East innocents.

The last bolded statement has gotten a lot of reaction. It could be taken either way IMO and Ogre has slipped in the past trying to sneak a hint past to other mafia players that we was on the other mafia team. Do I think this statement says he is mafia, not in the least. Will it make me watch his posts a bit harder for hints, you betcha.

This is the 1st of many DUH I don't see it posts by JM. If Ogre is mafia then JM is a partner in crime IMO.

Mal, It doesn't matter, ..the mafia will be picking people as the game goes on. IF anything, you stand more of a chance at being mafia, then him. If you read the sign up thread, it guarantees, that KOTD is innocent, until the mafia start to choose players.

Mal you keep moving up the list, I might even vote for you today .

If roles had already been handed out how could KOTD be mafia.

The only mafia at game start were the Dons.
They each choose a player at game start to be on their team.

No one but the Dons are chosen by RB to be mafia.
