Mafia #26: Roadside Picnic the Game

In previous games where completely unidentified stuff game out that wasn't identified up front, some in this group of players went nuts, including dropping out and quitting the game and games have been cancelled.

Unless the Stalkers never submitted a hit or were late with it, there doesn't seem to be a reason to me why there wasn't a hit last night.

And why, with all the experienced game players, hasn't anybody mentioned this?

The hit was Jensons but the sphere killed her.

From the night fall post:
Jensons is grabbed by the arms and tossed out an open window into a batch of briars. The whole time they scream "What about Lady G!!!" The briars begin to constrict and soon Jensons is quieted. There is irony to this as Jensons was marked by the Stalkers as their hit tonight. There was no escaping the darkness.

THE UDs

Enya and Coler are creatures of the Night. Together they make an excellent team. One usually handles the boobytraps and the other navigates. Tonight is an extra dark and long night, and before they know it they step into THE MEAT GRINDER!!! From the pile of Stalker kibble, you'd hardly know it was two people... together forever, in neat bite size chunks.

Enya AND Coler were STALKERS!!!

And this is very bad...sorry for doubting you Jensons, but your play was too suspicious for my likings. I will answer any questions about my thoughts on Jensons...

WOW, TWO UDs and both stalkers very odd there, good...but odd and WOW I'm still alive, didn't see that one coming!!!



Just want to say, I did NOT put a hit on Jensons and remind you all that things are not always as they seem in these games. Take that for what you will.

Typical Lady G trying to trick us that she is innocent...I dont buy the whole "things may not be what they seem" thing. I vote to toss Lady G

The only way this could make sense is if Sway is actually Stalker lied about you being a Stalker and then used the sphere to kill Jensons and have you lynched the next day plus hit an innocent. So basically getting 3 with 1 move. But having the hit on Jensons to start with totally blows that out of the water unless Sway thought everyone would be jumping off Jenson and only JM would have Jpaps vote on her.

I'm going to have to look into Jpap tonight I think just to see if this scenario is even plausible.

How would my vote on Jmax influence this?

I have played games, where we have used hints, and Ice was the only one who ever caught on, ..AND WHEN I LOOKED BACK, i was inclined to agree, ...


However, Ice is usually smart enough to not say anything, which is what makes me a little more concerned about it now?..he brought it up, usually he just says he thinks he knows who ( whatever power role ) is, and lets it go, ..if he says anything, its usually generic, ..so, i am a little concerned, that the
fact that jensons didn't make it through the night, had a little more to do with Ice than we would want to believe, ..esp, since he so suddenly stopped pushing her, and knew she was the dr, .IMHO, i don't get how it all worked out, again, i don't understand the story line, however, I do know, that he knew who she was, and she didn't survive, ..and no one else really noticed, ..so, it seems to me, Ice stopped picking on her, ..and had no worries, ..because he knew she would be gone, ..

does that make any sense to anyone else but me?..

Well I understand it now but I am still slightly suspicious of you. Your "observation" has nothing to do with your innocence IMO. For all I know you are a stalker and just caught on to Jensons knowing that she would for sure be gone tonight anyways...

Well have to head to work, just wanted to get this out there first.

I think all should really look at things and keep in mind that of recent games we have seen the "mafia" do things we would not think they would...hence the reason they do it..we all say things but it is never done, why would they not take advantage of those thoughts??

Anyway for what it's worth, I would say Swayde, Orge and Hooked would be my top choices at this point. Possibles would be Cory, Beth.

I will be back on when I get home we have a little over 24 hours and getting another stalker would be GREAT!!!

I am not even sure that LG put any stalker names in her list. Could be just random people to throw us off. Swayde because it only makes sense for her to say that. Ogre because some people question his innocence. Hooked is probably the one I would have to believe is scum (if any are) and she put that because he is a good player and might want him gone by way of towns lynch if people latched onto this. Beth and Cory have had some shady spots in this game, so like Hn she might be putting some bait out there. Either one could still be a stalker at this point as well. I am not going to focus a whole lot on her list as it would be more confusing than telling

Why has nobody mentioned Jpappy and where is Jpappy?

In JM's explanation post about Jensons tipping her role, it really did seem like it to me and it looked like Ice jumped on it as well. I agree with JM's point of view on that one and find it odd you don't see it and are making a big deal of it. I also find it odd that Ice spoke up that he'd noticed something, Jensons replied, and the next thing you know, Jensons is dead.

JL you seem very defensive. I have a feeling about you and Ice, that I don't have with anyone else. It was the same feeling I had for Grace, and LG, and Coler (although I never needed to really express that much). Granted it was the same feeling I had for Jensons, but fortunately that was cleared before it was too late.

I am suspicious of Ogre and BKW, but don't really have a case for them. I am not a good case builder...I go with my feelings more often than not. I know it's not the most helpful for the town, but that's just the way it is.

Because of the way that the night events were written it seems like one of the stalkers had the technology to use when they wanted it. As LG was almost gaurateed stalker they figured that they would at least try to prolong it one night. Obviously they didnt talk with their team members or werent paying attention to the vote count beofre night to change the hit...

After Rb's outburst I would have to bump him up a ew notches. Why wouldnt a towns memeber be at least a little relieved that oly one person (albeit the doc) was taken out night one? He seems too upset about it for my likings...
