Sure my list of suspects changed over the course of Day 1, but note that that yours really hadn't, yet, as it depended on whether or not Chill was innocent. Question for you, HN... before nightfall, what were your thoughts on Chill? Was he still a suspect to you?

Well, a whole lotta nothing lately. I would agree that CatHaggis looks suspicious as will Ice and DD if Chill is innocent. NJ looks like she's tiptoeing through a mine field. I'm not sure if it's because of her role this game or the last game she played. Dawg's safe out may be shady too. Granted, I offered it, but the way he eventually got to the vote in that post looks odd. I still believe G is a terrorist and won't be moving my vote. These are just my thoughts. I want to get them out there in case folks take me up on my offer or they decide to hit me.

Now in this response to Ogre you say that voting for Chill is suspicious.

Feel free to be suspicious of me. Once I was convinced, I was not going to back off my vote. Duh. I'll try to look beyond my immediate suspicions based on the info we have now and look for other suspects, but I commited and had to stick with it. Funny that you don't see any that voted for Chill (The known innocent) as suspicious.

Probably, yes. I don't want a loner vote, but he would round out my suspects for now.

He was, but I was by no means convinced enough to vote him and after the fuss I'd made there was no way I was coming off of Lady.

No, I said that Ice & DD would look suspicious. They were the first to really press Chill.

Not opportunistic, I was being a bit defensive though. You don't find it curious that they didn't suspect anyone on Chill was a terrorist? Do YOU think that ALL the terrorists were on other players?

I tried to post a response to this last night before going to bed, but I ran into site maintenance. So, you didn't think Chill was evil? You had a good enough read on day 1 to be convinced he was innocent? Wow, bravo! I wasn't sure. I did vote Chill before a response from LG got me looking her way.



It doesn't. I've reviewed some stuff and seen something that makes me pause in going after LG. It could be smoke, so she's still a suspect but I want to look elsewhere too and not get so tunnel visioned.



First, I do believe it matters who chose them. Not necessarily who they are. Something yoou even referred to as "the fact". By choosing the alias, we automatically start off with less info about them. Not past gaes to look back on, post styles to watch, etc.

I do think BadHaggis is probably most suspect to me right now and Ice and DD need to be looked at. Why wouldn't they? This "Ice is just Ice" is BS and if he is a terrorist, only allows them to keep a strong player longer. Please watch me closely, I'll be doing likewise. It's always kind of suspicious for someone to lay back until a night 1 innocent dies and then start making long "cases" on them.

It wasn't a stunt. I've explained this. I was 100% convinced I was on the right track and willing to die for it. I'm less so now based on some recent stuff I've seen from others. Once most people stated that it was distracting and did not buy into the plan, I backed off of it. You, I don't believe, chose to say anything about it until now.

well now there is a very good point and something that makes sence to me...since he was innocent...maybe the ones pointing it out werent? i dunno....this is so hard...and i still dont know who im voting for...looks like julie and haggis are the 2 town votes thus far ive heard reasons for julie but i am still lost on haggis

Yep, I think that very well could be true Nickel! That was another thing that made my vote go NJs way...in one of out postings back and forth, she said something on the lines of "why aren't you worried about the lynching of an innocent", to me....she was trying to make it look like I didn't care that a innocent was lynched and that, she was worried about it. I think she knew he was innocent and is the reason for her earlier post about not wanting blood on her hands.

As of last night, I was voting for Haggis because he came out and his first post was vague, difficult to understand, unproductive and made remarks about Hooked Newbie's mardi gras mask, (I think that's who it was he pointed at anyway.) And then he just kind of came in throwing names around... which is old style mafia (posting for the sake of posting, not going too much into strategy, not needing to read much because they might already know they answers).

But to be honest, it's hard to make me think he's any worse right now than the rest. There have been people who have found spelling difficult, and are too shy to say much of importance because they've learned people think, 'when it doubt, lynch the people who talk the most.' (Why I never learn this...) So it's only a place to start, until more information comes out.

Like how did Lady G and Hooked Newbie fizzle so fast. Last night it was somebody's life or death-importance. Or why AREN'T people more concerned on exactly how the mafia managed to lynch their first successful innocent, on night one? And how we keep them from doing that night two.
