Everytime i try to get away....They keep pulling me back in!!

The reason for the lineup, as stated, would so we could find increase chances. If everyone picks there own then the more popular players will prob get doubles on them. It doesnt have to be the line up, if its dice or whatever.

The reason i picked the list was
A. because it's established by someone not in the game
b. it removes bias to pick popular players, and spreads the votes out.
c. Keeps snitches from saying they investigated this person.

There isnt any other real way to do it random and trust everyone.

Why don't you want popular players looked at? I'm fine with being investigated, what are you scared of?
Like I said, I'm going to use my invest on the players hiding out. The ones that post will trip themselves up soon enough.


I know you're explaining it, but at the same time when others deemed it to dangerous you kept pushing the idea. Its possible you are innocent and trying to bring the town together but there is this nagging feeling in the back of my mind that you have a different purpose.

I have 3 hours to decide differently.

Yes well - in the past - that's why Lady G came after me so quickly, because it's TOO innocent, doesn't help the Townies out, and if you're too afraid of lynching someone, it must be because your guilty and have something to be afraid of.

And isn't this the same as my normal night 1 votes? To place it on a single vote, rather than endanger someone who got mobbed for in the past, stupid reasons - like miscounting numbers.

It's not like I'm on a train here, and I'm not trying to sway votes towards her - it's my personal vote.

You realize too, despite what everyone says, it's still true that if you talk more, you get lynched, even if it's just conjecture and trying to sound out ideas. And people who talk less, don't. So that's my cue.

how funny is this that I was thinking you were one of the quieter ones in games past... tell me, how many times have you been the bad guy?

here are some of my thoughts...

in addition to lashing out at me for no apparent reason early in the game, dirtydawg has also caught my eye for a couple of reasons. he tends to switch his ideas around to where the majority is going. in post 85, he claimed that i was supicious because i was chatty. then, in post 209 he said that newbies are more likely to be innocent than not. he did the same thing later on the issue of investigations, while everyone else was pretty clear on their views and stuck to them. it looks as if he is trying to blend in his thoughts with the majority. i also have considered the aggressiveness that NeonJulie mentioned in her post.

jbradt's defensiveness and attacking of rbishop caught my eye too. it was interesting to see him try to twist around jpap's words to his own defense after rbishop responded. his aggressiveness may have just been a "newbie" characteristic, but it sounds like he may acctually have something to hide. for example, on a few occasions he brought up being accused of being a snitch without anyone even mentioning it. again, this was with rbishop. another very suspicious area that jbradt was running into was trust. it sounded like he wanted to earn our trust, something that you cannot give out in this game.

While I agree with both of your thoughts here, I would think Jbrad was the more guiltier one because of the seeming experience he has as a newbie... but then you're a newbie too so just trying to follow your thought here.

NEW RULE:

Solitary: Each night, one person that was a choice for investigation, hit, or selection (night one only), will be placed into solitary confinement for 12 hours (real-time) and will not be allowed to post during that period of time. The person confined will not be announced. Upon return to the population, the person placed into solitary cannot confirm that they were in fact in solitary. To do so, will result in a very embarrassing departure from the prison. The player placed into solitary will show as an Innocent for any investigations on the same night.

New order of Nightly Happenings:

-The Shanking
-The Medic’s Protection
-The Beat Down
-Solitary
-Investigations
-Applicable Recruitment (Night 1 only)

Lets not forget this rule.

Of the 2 picked by the snitches 1 is beat down and the other goes to solitary for 12 hours.

ok show me a post were i pushed the idea, my post concerning the plan was all in answering questions or responding.....like this one.

cause it would mean that you got majority of innocents invest the same ppl. I thought tht obvious.

If the plan is flawed and endangers power roles why is arguing against it bad? I'm not arguing against cooperation I have consistently said we should all use our investigations on day 2 to get maximum benefit, and we should out any snitches. I'm saying we should be careful that we don't hurt the town by tipping our hand too soon or leaving our PR's out to dry. That you find a problem with that makes me wonder about you.

I don't have a problem with protecting PRs, I have said that multiple times. I don't think anyone should say their invest unless they find a snitch. I am just trying to develop the most logical way to deploy our invests in mass. I don't understand why there is opposition to this. I finally convinced noodles I believe, so I am happy now to pstpone this arguement till tomorrow. Instead we should be focuses on the shanking tonight. Votes are spread out and there are still many who have not voted. It is making me very uneasy.

Convinced? Strong word... advised against using my possible only invest today, absolutety. Not sure I wish to post who I am suspicious of until I have evidence. If my invest. proves correct, I will def. post results. Just riding the coat tails a little til I figure out WTH I am doin! I hope to be more useful than I am ATM. Tomorrow is a whole new day..........
