Noodles, you seem to be doing a lot of following. I understand that with this being your first game you are still a little unsure of what is going on and you don't have the advantage of playing with all of us before...but by the second night you should be able to at least to come up with more than "I don't see it but apparently everyone else does"...not to mention what made you choose Jb over NJ?
Weird, 4 votes on the same person in less than 30 minutes...
Yeah another train I don't really follow. Still a shame, I know we should give our new players a free pass, but another day or two would help them do better... I don't see this big slip up everybody else does. To me, he's no better or worse than any body else right now - but 4 people in 30 minutes have all of the sudden come to agreement after hours and hours of indecision. Seems to indicate at least a few are some Lifers in that bunch.

I read it - in fact, I did answer your question (a second time) as to how many rounds of mafia I've played, since you didn't count them the first time. I'll agree that some people don't get the game, but the thing about Noodles, all of the questions/issues aren't about how to play the game. A couple of 'out there' ones have been that she was talking about using an investigation last night (when everyone would read 'innocent), she apparently missed that Chill was killed by the guards last night, and just today supposedly realized that the snitches can communicate. Asking questions is fine, but I really think that the purpose of many of them is likely to seem too confused to actually be considered a snitch.
As far as the whole 'investigate people next to you' plan, and alter the list accordingly, technically it could happen. There is the possibility that some of the snitches are in proximity to each other. There would be risks associated with trying to move the list as needed, but it could be worth it if it worked (or not, if it didn't).
They would have two whole days to try to change it through shanks and beatings. And even though two names need to be submitted for beatings, over two days there's better chance that things would fall as planned.
Not saying that it did happen, just that it could, and clearing BKW based on Chill and Dawg's status could be risky.

actually, NJ I asked 2 questions... of which both were answered. Thank you. The first question was how many times you were mafia, the econd was how many games you played in total. Yes, I did count them each time. 2 you counted as guilty in 5 games total. Funny now that I think of it, if you answered the correct way each time, why is it that you say you gave the same answer the second time... when you didn't.
I stated earlier that I had at least 3 people of interest. I chose one that stuck out the most in my mind as "dirty". Several other people that voted for jbradt also stated that things "just weren't right" with him. Why only question my vote?
Doubt all 4 are snitches but its pretty probable at least 1 if not 2 could be.

I think you are misunderstanding or maybe trying to twist my meaning. I'm not on the fence about Bkws plan. I am totally against it. I'm on the fence on if it was a snitches plan or if Bkw meant well by it.
Because you have yet to really question jbradt. I know for sure that me, DD and Jm have all at least brought up the issue with Jb. You on the other hand are following the crowd, which is evident in the post I quoted where all your reasons are based on what others have said. I am still curious as to why specifically jbradt is now more scummy to you than NJ even though you said that you still feel the same way about NJ (your vote last night) today as you did yesterday. What came up that suddenly pushed Jb to the front?

jpappy, are you referring to my thoughts on NJ. I did not say what you "quoted" I said I cannot speak to her playing style in previous games. I do not have the leisure time to go back and read umpteen pages of old games to see if it is true....Will taking the word of experienced players be the smart way to go? I hope so....
My dinner guests should be here any minute and I cannot concentrate.... I hope to get back to the game before "end of day" .
