After much back and forth today, the group finally settles on who must die. A majority of the group approaches today's candidate, and to their surprise, he draws his sword and starts slashing away at his own mid-section. I am also leaning this way (Z) more than Mal. If Mal is the assassin she is a poor one IMO. (soory Mal!) Seems like the assassin would be much more involved trying to pump people for info....will sleep on it and vote tomorrow........
