Ok here is my List as it stands, but I will say up front I'm not happy with it. It has too many folks on the Rebel side, and not enough neutrals. I think I've spoken my thoughts on the top few folks that I am more confident as scum. Pappy, sorry brah, I don't have much of a vibe on you you just fell on that side of the List by virtue of keeping it balanced. Also, I'm sure all the low posters aren't Rebels, but if I can't see more posts to get a better picture of their character than they go to that side by default. I figure there have to be at least five Rebels, but I suspect there could be as many as six. Seven would stack the game in their favor IME and four wouldn't be very fair for them. I'd like to see more of these lists for comparison.

Can you explain you list? I might be having a duh moment because I just woke up...

The real vote count:

So far:

Kashta - plant (210), TRS (220), Mad (223), Dawg (276), Coler (375)
TRS - ZS (235), MC (286), jpap (339), Luvbugz (348)

Plant - MC (300)

Hmmmm, now what was I doing before Mad inturpted me? Maybe I will remember later.

Meow, purr purr.
Then he makes a comment about the train on Kashta and his vote on CJ.
Stirring up the low posters, I always do that.
Here he cautions voting on Kash b/c if she were Rebel it would make her talk less? But yet he defends his single vote on CJ.
No, I said if everyone jumps on Kash discussion as a whole will shut down. I think all of us that have played more than a handful of games know that when one person is put up to the vote, the town stops talking.
When he switches to Maverick, there is no case. Just a can't shake how off his posts are.
There was not "much" of a case, agreed. There were a lot of wiggle words in Mavericks few posts that sounded like he was trying to fit in and be part of the discussion without providing anything of real substance.
It's just not the ZSand I knew of old. And IF Kashta is lynched and found to be mucs, I think ZSand should be really looked at.
Look at me now, I white as the driven snow. Well, since the roles are reversed this game I guess I'm more like the yellow snow?
That's all I have time for tonite. I've been looking at Coler also but not really done yet. To be fair, though I've butted heads w/him, his posts seem helpful. But like I said I'm not done yet.
Comments in red, just to tick off the anti-inside posts crowd hehehe. Plant we are obviously on different trains of thought with Kash's last minute vote to save herself. I agree with Dawg that it is better to get votes out earlier in the day so they can be discussed, but the vote for Zig alone doesn't bother me. I still think Kash could be a Muc, or a WG, or what ev, but IMO there are better suspects right now like Red and yourself. Also, the low posters (I'm giving Mav a bit of a pass right now) need to pipe in or they will draw my ire even more so.

CJ, will you wait till the end of the Day agai ntoday to pop in, make two posts and a vote, then disappear for another 48 hours?
I hate to be nit picky but it did sound like you were talking about votes on Kash would make HER talk less:

And my objection was really not so much that Kashta voted to save herself. It was the timing of her vote. Ya excuses can be made for that but to me it still looks scummy as it left no room for discussion nor for others to change their votes.

Any reason why u left MostlyCichlids off your list?

Laying in town square, sleeping off a drunk from the night before, lies a once proud citizen of ACville. As the man comes to he finds himself in the dark even though it is day time, the Blue Mist has returned.

Now a shell of the man he once was, much like the homeless push around a shopping cart, this man has an old vespa with a milk crate on the back bumper with all his posessions. The moped has not ran in years, but the tires still hold air and the owner is quite proud of his "Harley".

The citizen smells the hot breath of the Bala as he takes his own last breath. In the heat of anger, the Bala has eaten a tourmentor from the past.

Justice has been served. The Blue Mist clears.
Sounds alot like Bala is taking vengeance on RB, lol. He has been afk awhiles.

We have lost someone else?!?

It's just not the ZSand I knew of old. And IF Kashta is lynched and found to be mucs, I think ZSand should be really looked at.

As I said earlier, I also think it looks like Z has possibly running some subtle interference for Kashta. In addition to what has already been mentioned, add this one to the list:
I agree with you then on the principal but just not the certainty of the outcome. I kind of feel we need to lynch Kash after all this just to sort out things, but that isn't a good enough reason. You build a good case though. I certainly am expressing hesitation in running strongly at a Day 1 suspect when presumably two townies already lie dead (still not sold on what happened with Ice and the Mist). So if that makes me a suspect I will have to be a suspect.
The fact that, in addition to expressing hesitation for lynching Kashta, he tries to paint citizen Ice as possible scum looks like he could be trying to discredit yesterday's wagon on Kashta. If people believe that Ice was scum, they might be less likely to go after Kashta...

Regardless of any personal interpretation of JL's mist, Ice was killed by the REBELS. He HAD to be town...why would they kill one of their own? Z's a scientist in real life, and I find it doubtful that this obvious fact would escape him...

Morning folks, I'll post what I can before I have to leave this morning. But I'll be back soon, as well, to share more observations and comments with you.

If Kash is a townie/PR then her time is already limited. The rebels prob came to the same conclusion and will hit her soon, or let her stay just to cause confusion.

Gee, BKW...... there's a cheery prospect to perk up my morning.

Yeesh...

Wouldn't it be more beneficial to the town to get your thoughts and vote out early so people can react and possibly learn from it. Especially if you are a clear candidate to go home that night?

Even if she turns out not to be mucs I think the town needs to know what she is...jmho.
Kash...maybe you missed this post. Could you please comment on the portion in bold above.

Yes dirtydawg, I'd missed going back to post a reply for you on this one.. I'm happy to do so now.

First, let me assure you this is not what I intended for Day 1. That's just how this worked out and I'm stuck now in the position I'm in as a result... as is everyone else now who has to decide their vote in my regard.

I have to say that, in general, I'm not a great fan of early voting right away on Day 1. I don't actually know what the prevailing custom is or how those votes are usually interpreted by other townpeople, but my feeling is that they don't mean a whole lot. To me, they're mostly either too random, frivolous, or contrived to put on a misleading appearance. I suppose I approach my votes with more caution than that... I don't know. I just can't see tossing out a random vote against someone before I'm able to get at least some kind of feeling about them first.

Is this now pro-town or anti-town of me? Really, it's neither one. My plan for this game was to see how it goes that first day... then review whatever I found particularly significant first, share my thoughts, and vote. If I'd picked up a strong feeling about someone early on, I wouldn't have minded placing my vote against them the first day and stating my reasons for it. But as it turned out, I didn't have that.

Then, as I've stated before, the timing of my second day fell apart on me. Had I been able to get back to the computer around 10 am as I expected, I would have had the time I needed to respond to those people eager to take me out of the game so fast and still be able to participate myself in the discussion that followed. But this wasn't possible on that particular day. By the time I did get here, my fate was already a foregone conclusion.

I can sure tell you... coming back and finding out that I'd been tagged as the leading candidate for lynching while I was gone without being able to defend myself or get a chance to do anything else productive really sucks. Being gone all day, I also missed out on the time I needed to find reasonable suspects for myself. I was in a tough spot at that point, so I read through everything the others had voiced (what there was) and made the best decision I could.

From here, all I can do now is carry on and hope the town will give me a chance to stay in this a little longer so I can be judged on the basis of my participation with you rather than on the circumstances or what others have said about me for reasons of their own.
