I know, Rich. I'm pushing this too hard, probably. But here's why.
I read that game Ice posted a link to. And I saw all those players piling their votes on two newbies the first day. That's the exact same thing we keep doing over and over. Then when their "staking" victim turned up innocent, they all turned against each other. Meanwhile, the vampires kept collecting the best/most advanced players on their side.
Day 2 came along and it was more of the same. As a group, the innocents really don't put themselves at risk to vote against top players. This is the same thing we keep doing over and over again in these games. And the bad guys usually win those games.
In most formats, there's been a mafia team that makes hits... so the better players (innocents) get killed off as it goes. But in this format, those players become vampires instead.
Right now, we have 19 players on the list. Only 2 of them are vampires. If it's all random, we've got about a 1 in 10 shot at taking out a vampire tonight. But if it's not random and we can logically narrow down the list of credible possibilities... we could really get one of them.
