Mafia 58-

I was getting ready to come out and declare that I was the innocent journalist, then ice posted the rule banning that, it threw my whole plan off and I ended up looking like total scum in the process.

I had fun anyway though.
 
Also, the role assignment was non-random I believe.

I was really surprised that Ogre didn't swap his headline style but then again I don't think he really paid attention to the game.

Roles were not random this time. Teams were planned from the start but I hoped RB had played so I could make an all MOD team. The communicating mafia are all players I felt played well under the radar and were less likely to be lynched. Not the case this game.

If I run this game again I think 24 hr days would be better, that and some tweaks with headlines. No actual names allowed maybe.

These were todays headlines if the publishers had lived.

Ogre obviously didn't send one in.

I thought Zsand was writing the innocent headlines. Couldn't figure out who the mafia writer was, then decided maybe it was Jpappy. I couldn't post anything like that in the thread though, so my good-girl-teammates had to read a few extra long-winded posts the rest of you didn't have to bother with.. lol. You should be glad you weren't on our team. Although, we had a lovely time in our penthouse suite.

Then the next day, Zaffy posted his idea that Pappy was the scum journalist... so of course, I thought that meant Zaffy was probably the scum reporter, himself. lol. BTW Zaffy, who did you investigate?

On the team, we'd finally decided Annie must be innocent but didn't trust it or let on in the thread. We had to keep the guy who could protect against our hit from guessing who our target would be. So we had to list more suspects than we actually had until our second hit went down.

I also kept wondering who everyone else thought was on the communicating innocent team.

EXCEPT THAT I WAS RIGHT!!!! :duh:
I Knew DD was a communicating innocent, then with Kashta basically being totally clean and the fact that all three communicating mafia guys were of about the same skill level, I figured that noodles was your other.

I was hoping that you guys would catch my hints about DD and Annie being innocent and deduce that I knew something that I wasn't saying out right. But I guess you can't give hints to women either. (see mens rules thread lol)

I investigated Pappy.
