Posting is good for the town. Generally anybody who says something about not reading the posts, wanting less posts, or the opposite of posting will get called out...I know, I did it last game...and I was an innocent...
Nevermind I just can't support my previous idea. Mike, you've got me completely scattered. On one hand I think you are being railroaded because you're new, on the other hand I think you gave yourself away as Mafia because you're new. At this point I can only see one way to find out. But if you are lynched I hope you return for game 7 with lessons learned. This happens with at least one new player every round, don't be discouraged.
The mafia would not hit one of its own members, except maybe their own Don after they were out of investigations, which is highly unlikely.
I can say this, Day Three is going to be very interesting.
I thought last time the vigilante was assigned to be innocent, was KOTD the vigilante last time, maybe he can clairfy this, if allowed.
.I think the Mafia are playing it very smart this game. I think as Ogre suggested there are two teams, but I think they're both vocal if not equally so. I think the teams have been instructed to openly attack one another. This would explain why everyone's lists are so flip-flopped. I think we should look out for those who cast doubt and shadow on others yet do not vote the way they have been preaching. I agree to a point. We need to remember there are 7 mafia, and we can only vote one a night. Even though I might have my vote parked on someone, I still like to call out mafia behavior as I see it in other candidates. Ideally we could concentrate on one person at a time, but there's always the chance of being whacked, so I sometimes like to have a couple of pots cooking at one time. I do think it's important to watch and make sure that people's votes jive with what they've been saying, and that any suspicion cast on others is accurate, and not frivolous.
With so many Mafia, they can afford to squabble but in the end, they will throw their votes on an innocent on the chopping block. This way they control the lynchings and the nighttime hits, outing two innocents each night. Others to look out for are the late vote switchers and those who don't even vote. No voting means no liability on their part. Does anyone have any similar thoughts? I completely agree
I'm thinking we townies need to share as many of our suspicions and thoughts as possible, even silly thoughts or the Mafia will own this town. I agree that we should share as much info as possible. With regard to silly ideas, though, I think we need to be careful not to muddy the water too much. I'd really hate for folks to get too hung up on wild goose chases. But, maybe there's no such thing as a silly idea in this game
remember guys, even if he's the snitch 1) he's still mafia and 2) he names 4 players only one of whom is mafia. Please try to read an consider all posts before going somewhere...
Lets see...Mike basically paints a giant bullseye on his forehead on the first day. Subsequently, a large number of people voted to lynch him, yourself included. Later your vote was switched to mad, but still stated suspicion of mike.
You've played a few of these games and proved yourself to be a good player...and now as I understand it, we're supposed to believe that you would save mike after voting for him, and in the face of a landslide of lynch votes? No way I'm buying that. No way at all. That doc save was a newbie move. I might be way off base here but that sounds like what you're trying to claim. Every time you slip down off my radar you just jump right back on, I don't know what to think. Please correct me if I'm just completely misunderstanding.
Hey Ice, get ready to look really silly tomorrow if I'm lynched....your whole game to date is going to crumble. At least promise me that if I'm lynched, you'll eat that shiny new 'Top Mafia Hunter' cap you bought for yourself and keep pointing out to the townies.
Coler made a serious error in judgement, and you just jumped on because he asked you to.....I sure hope you're mafia, because otherwise you've got no excuses when it all comes down around you.
Yeah, thanks to Jensons, Dr. Ice can't vote for himself :y220e: .... and btw, you've named 13 people to your list (not 10). That's more than 1/2 the town. Casting a pretty wide net, aren't you? You're really starting to seem mafia to me, and I hadn't even put you on my list yet.
You've got a really different game going on this time around, Iceman....still playing 'full steam ahead' as always, just a little less logical IMO.
My understanding after asking for clarification last round is that the Vig is Innocent but can play the game how ever they choose, IE may kill an Innocent OR Mafia.
posting is good, when something good has been said
however, saying something for the sake of saying something to fill pages and hide others theories is not
this is evident
2 players who do this immediately spring to mind....
