Jpap, that vote will most likely change but you know how it is on day 1. Not much to go on and gut feelings are worthless so eventually I was going to have to pick someone.

No, just day one stuff. I wish day one was over already so we could get something to go on but as of now I have nothing. Sorry!
These two posts are really bugging me...
First Rich says he doesn't think FF is mafia, a bold statement after only one day, and then he says something about not considering it, something about how he played when new, and how he will have to think about it more...

I would would love to hear what it is you were thinking about. It's not so hard...there's a 50/50 chance (let's just agree on that split) that FF is mafia like the rest of us and him being new doesn't change that.
Good points. i had not really considered that. When I was a fairly new player and Rbs assistant maniac I was not sure how to play either. i believe I was quite quiet. I will think some more on this. After all i am trying to set him up.

I'd really like to hear from Annie, Razz, Zaffy, Agass. Few more hours to go, that may or may not happen.
I've been over the posts and the plans suggested and don't find much. Shuffled through names using different criteria: Someone consistent/not likely to get themselves lynched... 9 names. Someone Ice could trust to hold their own under pressure in a key PR position... 11 names. Someone who normally lurks.. doesn't go all out being helpful... 7 names. Added in John's illustrious list of 6 possible PRs.. 6 names.
I even made up some other lists of my own... Top 3 names I'd investigate first if I could, Top 3 I'd kill off if I could, Top 3 names I'd like to be communicating with... and, well you get the idea on those.
So... Look for scum tells? That brought me to Jpappy and Lab Rat, for what that's worth. Between the two, Jpappy is better at appearing to be balanced/objective about this than Lab Rat has been. Doesn't mean he's less suspicious, of course... it's an edge for Day 1.
Lab Rat has been over zealous. We'll need to transplant a truckload of new bushes so she'll still have some to kick later in the game.

Add in Rb there...he hasn't said anything since retracting his vote on everyone...looks like he's viewing the thread though...
Additional note: I removed the 3 first-time noobs from consideration for Day 1 only.... BFM, Fish, and Wizard. Tomorrow, all bets are off for those folks as well.
