I vote to eject DD

DD has been going rather hard at trying to make a case out of Jpap's few posts where he was trying to be funny and just have fun. It seems off to me that DD can't see Jpap was just having fun. Making an issue out of this makes me think that DD is either protecting someone who has a few votes currently or DD trying the steer the game in a direction she wants. Either way I don't think that it is very likely that DD is just a colonist. I think it might be possible that Annie is a COLON-ist man i love the puns this format has opened up

You know, I'm not going to get into a long drug out thing with you bout this. Can you show me where he said she was more then just a colonist, because I just don't see it? All I saw him say was he didn't think she was a PR, Crew and worst case she was just a colonist.
Yes the words have meaning of course they do or they wouldn't say, type them...but not everyone has A+ grammer.

Ok, Zaff....one last thing then moving on. Are you saying Dag made the statement BEFORE night fall worded in that way? (I'd "didn't" think), if so I missed that can you show me or tell me where that is, I only saw it after nightfall

He made the first statement before nightfall, the second after. What bothers me is the way he made the statement after nightfall sounds to me like he was thinking that way before. I feel like he has contradicted himself, that's scummy to me. If it's just bad grammar, then I'm all wrong.

The rebellion aproached 2 people yesterday and one of them was crew. A random number generator decided who would die among them. Bio, a rebel, has been killed in the attempt to bring a crew member into the rebellion.


Sorry this is so late, my mom was yelling at me to get to sleep and i couldn't post last night.

So, my advanced math skills tell me that there are now 4 rebels.

Now that we know Bio is scum it looks very much like Bio's last minute vote was an attempt to save Annie.

My point is that Dag said that he though DD was more than a simple colonist. Then he Voted DD. After DD was ejected Dag said, in the past tense, that he was surprised DD was not just a colonist. It's like when a man murders his wife, he says "That WAS my wife" because he's already resolved that she is gone. A man who didn't murder his wife will say "That IS my wife" when presented with her body. This is because he has not yet come to terms with her being gone. It's very subtle, but it can also be very telling. It could be nothing, but it could be a tell. We won't know until the end of the game or we eject Dag.



If you would have said it that way, I'd find you to be scummy too. Thanks for clearing that up. I tend to think that the words people say (or type) have meaning.

Did you honestly just compare the grammatical structure someone uses when a person in a computer game dies vs the death of a spouse who you pledged to love and honor for the rest of your life? I can see where the emotional distress would be about the same level....

Because I thought I had figured out a scum. I said I didn't think she was a crew member or another innocent primary role. Since she wasn't getting very much backing in her suspicions about Jpap I figured she wasn't a crew member otherwise they would have chimed in. On the other hand had she been mafia I don't think that other mafia would of played along with her suspicions this early in the game and outed themselves. My worst case scenario therefore was that she would end up being a colonist. Best case being that I was correct and that she was scum. Obviously I was wrong.

Aside from the fact that my mind never really changed about her up until she was ejected and shown to be the detective; why would I change my vote when it appeared that she wasn't going to be ejected? The final vote for her came exactly at 8:00.

I agree that if you think someone might be innocent not voting for them is a good idea. However on day 1 there is not much to go on and just about everyone could be innocent. As opposed to doing a joke vote like other did I decided to vote for who I thought had acted the scummiest. DD's case against Jpap was weak and looked to me to be fake bush kicking like she had done in the last few games. I had the option to vote for people who would have made me safer (being as I was tied for the lead at the time of my vote) but instead I voted for who I thought was scum. Now that Bio has shown scum I'm trying to figure out why he last second voted for DD. There isn't really any reason for him to do that unless he was trying to protect Annie who was in the lead with votes at the time.

Yes scum can last second vote change like Bio did yesterday, however when it's 1 minute till nightfall I start to assume that if you haven't voted by this point you're going to UD.

I am so busy in RL that I shouldn't have joined this game, and I feel bad for that. I really don't have alot of time right now to invest. I will try to do better.

Fortunately it seems most of Day 1 was spent talking about my colon, of which I am an expert and didn't miss much there.

The great colon conspiracy begins. Here is where JL decides he's gonna give me a colonoscopy of sorts. At this point I'm wondering if he is laying a trap. Ice has been known to do this, the patented "IceTrap".



Here John takes my beautiful and innocent colon and tries to paint it in an unflattering light. He retracts his vote (from Ice ironically) and votes for me. Of his three "suspects"; I'm the one with the scummiest colon. I begin to wonder if JL has really just tried to lay an "IceTrap" (or "PapTrap" if it suits you) or if he is actually hoping someone might latch onto this.



I have much to say about my colon. I may even need to start a new thread dedicated to it. Are you also trying to muddy the waters around my colon?



At this point I start to think, "Did Ice just fall into JL's IceTrap?" Surely he doesn't think my colon is the scummiest thing in the thread by now. I think the Mod has even explained that he is grammatically impaired at this point.

I think the three names with colons are COLONists (stole that from Dag). I know for a fact one of them is. The other two haven't posted anything as scummy as you have at this point.

2 hours later, the one with "no time" has apparently read 12 pages well enough to pull posts and post a lengthy post of his own.

I wish I could read, process thoughts, and type that fast. This is truly an amazing feat.

He also found time after this to tell us a little story.

Believe me, I wish Bio had voted for me instead of DD, or that the coin had flipped my way. They got lucky on both counts.

I don't think you'll have any trouble getting me lynched though. The arguement will certainly be made that Bio was trying to save me, when in fact that was not the case.
