ff, you really dont understand that idea of twisting words do you...from my pov it just looks like lab wanted clarification on what ice said...notice its mainly in the form of questioning his thought process. How is that twisting words? i'll admit that i too was confused by what ice was implying. Like jl said it seems better to have an experienced vet in the game rather than just directing investigations...anyone can do that and he has a point that there really is no such thing as a bad choice, just ones that make more sense at the time. I really think the tradeoff isnt in the towns favor.

back to the whole twisting words thing, I think you should read Ices post below and see that he said exactly what you said he didn't...

Well of course I'd rather find scum to lynch but most times we lynch innocents on Day 1. I think we're better off if wrong for it to be a vet that can read the game.


FF if we tell you who to investigate we just give the evils hit targets.

This makes me think Ice is more townie then scumy. Scum would try to keep themselves from being voted over being ready to sacrifice themself.

I think assuming that at this point is very, very foolish. i dont trust anyone this early and ice could easily be pulling a mind trick.

you dont think you could pm zaffy to tell him which persons ID to give the psychic? thats all it takes. I already said that some ppl would be better than others if there was a particular situation but we have to admit that there is already going to be a level of disconnect between what the dead innocents see and what the psychic may see. Even a vet can be wrong but no matter because any known role is a good invest imo. the worst thing that could happen is that you pick the person hit but thats unlucky and not based on experience...

not to mention that you would not necessarily be alone if you were lynched since im assuming hit victims turn into good spirits as well.

I read your epiphany and wanted to know if there was something more to you just being stupid or whatever the excuse was...you seem to use excuses like that a lot and its already frustrating me. I understand why some ppl want you to read your posts 100 times before submitting lol.

I am not good a twisting word, in fact i cant. I can rarely find out if words are being twisted, and when i think they are i usually get it wrong. MY words on the other hand, well they can be twisted quite a lot, happens all the time. Lab can tell you how.

Ok, I'll call your bluff. I vote to lynch Ice. It's very odd imo that you think it's more valuable to have a vet sending in the investigations rather than still active in the game. I don't see how removing a strong townie player will help the town, therefore I find your request scummy. I think you're playing mind games and I'm amazed that others aren't questioning this more. Were you trying to get your teammate FF off the hook?

And I'm flattered you'd call me a vet, but I'm still fairly new to the game. I think I only have a couple more games under my belt than FF.

well, right now my top scumbag is LR, mostly for twisting words of others. Of course by top scumbag i mean that she is most liklely scum to me, but still not high on the list, lots can change b4 the night ends and others may come that seem scummier.

Asking for clarification of Ice's statement, and then peoples opinions of said statement is word twisting? Awesome detective work there FF. :thumbsup:

I dont want to lose ice either, in fact if it came down to a tie between me and someone that was believed innocent i would try to get myself lynched to save that person.

Nothing really to new to post about, just been thinking...(I know dangerous). Anyhow, IMO the ones gunning most for FF need watched most at this point. From what I can tell (haven't ever played with FF before) it is norm for him to be all over the place not really seeing that as "scum" tell at this point. I think John is being John and having fun with FF. Ice...I see the point about a vet, but what bothers me is the way ppl seem to be just accepting him as innocent or something and the way he appears to be presenting himself that way as if we should just believe him to be and go with the flow. Not saying I think he is scum, at this point I have no opinion of him either way. CCM, well as pointed out several times now the way he talked about John then voted FF.

Yes, this is the norm for FF...problem is, he plays this way when he's on a scum team too, so there is no way to say what he is. One game we pretty much ignored him saying "oh, that's just how FF is" and he was really scum. I'm not going to let that happen again if I can.

That is very much bothering me about Ice too. Ice is very crafty and manipulative, I don't understand why people seem to be trusting him this early in the game.

This was a good try FF, but I don't think you understand word twisting at all. I've done none of it this game. It was all asking Ice to clarify his statement.
