Ogre is mafia

First off, I am glad that Orge was shot and that he flipped mafia. It looks like he was recently turned to mafia or recently allowed to communicate. The word moments to me means that Orge did not know who his teamates where until just prior to his death. I am guessing he took Kash's place as a communicating mafia.

Secondly, I am highly concerned that the GS didn't take jb advice. If for some reason Orge would have been a CI, it would have been very bad for the town. jb has to be careful with his lists and most likely would have another CI on his suspect lists, just to keep the mafia guessing. jb has the benefit of communicating with two other players. I think it would be best for jb to call the shot and the GS take it.

So since it looks like Orge was recently made mafia and most likely non-communicating, the Orge that looked scummy was actually innocent. I read his reasons when he came back on why he suspected ZS, I am not sure if he was mafia yet or communicating, but I really thought his "ZS tells" were off and I hope the next time he plays he does not make definite statements like that again.

If I had the gun, I would shoot either Wiz or Lab.

Because of what jpap wrote, I'm taking Ogre to be the Warlock turn on accident. Originally I thought he was the first turn, and what Kash wrote about RB being too obvious of a turn I originally believed. With the new information, I'm wondering if I hit on something that second day. Her tone got very defensive. If I had the gun, it would be between Wiz and RB, with JL as the third choice.

JL, I notice you're continually spelling Ogre's name incorrectly...any reason for this?

Wow, lots of talk going on today. I'm still in a place of having Wiz and RB on top. Wiz for all the reasons mentioned previously; RB because I think he would have been a great turn candidate on night 2.

JL, can you clarify why you think Labby is scum? I keep going back and forth on her. I can say the same about you, but for the moment I'm leaning you more innocent. Maybe I'm not remembering past comments (meetings at work all morning sorta blew my mind...), but I'd love to hear it again. It's hard for me to trust her with flashbacks from the original game floating through my head.

I went through the last couple pages again...

Ogre was not scum at that point if I am interpreting JPap's post correctly. Ogre became scum last night and has only been scum through the GS game from what I am getting from JPap.

I agree with this.

The way I read this is that Ogre didn't know who else was on his team. It doesn't say anything about the other scum knowing or not knowing about ogre.

That tells me that Ogres posts might not be terribly useful in rooting out other scum.

If the scum team knew about Ogre though, their posts may be useful.

I don't think the scum knew he was turned to their side either. I don't have time to pull the post, but I think Pappy said something along the lines of only the target of the spell knew the full effects. This would imply to me that the scum didn't know Ogre was on their team until he was able to communicate with them... for a minute. :dance:

Not sure about Kash being a turn. JPap told us about Ogre, so it'd be inconsistent if Kash were also a turn and JPap didn't mention it.

I'm thinking that we're looking for D1 scum and the N2 turn...

I agree with this. I still like RB for the turn. I think Wiz has a good chance of being d1 scum.

I have to ask though, Mad. You've done a lot of posting and bush kicking last night and today, who are your top suspects? You've thrown a lot of reasons out to suspect everyone. If you were the GS, where would you aim next?

Crap, I just got here. I know my vote on ILM is useless, so I can put it at a coin toss now (I think) if we want to go that way.

Wow, Lab. You need to poll the group before placing your vote? Not good.

Nevermind, I can't. If I vote Wiz it will be 7 to 8. Might make someone move to save him though...

So I retract my vote on ILM and vote to lynch Wiz.

I do not think her switch counted. Besides asking the town on what she should do with her useless vote she says she got there, but knew it was close enough to be a coin toss.

This is just my first example. I have more.

JL, I skimmed very fast then posted that. I guess it's silly for me to have a real life. It's not hard to glance at a vote count, so i knew it was close, but I had to go back and look again to see if my vote would change anything. It wouldn't, not to mention I missed the deadline to change. I'm curious to see your other examples...

I haven't forgotten about that, JL. In fact, Zaffy brought it up last night. But so far it's been the only thing that people seem to have to suspect her. I'd love to hear the "more". It would be cathartic to be able to get Labby shot after last time. LOL.
